Aero Engineering is somewhat unique in its field. I have had the opportunity to work concurrently in two separate fields, telecommunications and construction management for the past 30+ years. As a manager and engineer with the New York utility commission, I worked in the field of telecommunications from a pre-divestiture, monopoly environment through the present intermodal competitive marketplace. I have either dealt with or had exposure to virtually every major telecommunications issue during the past three decades and have testified as an expert witness in my field in several proceedings. In my most recent capacity as Chief of Intercarrier Operations for the Office of Telecommunications, I had a leading role in implementing many of the Telecom Act of 1996 mandates at the state level.
