Gunnar Homann has more than 30 years of experience within the fields of immigration law and criminal law, including extensive experience with asylum cases and cases on expulsion of non-citizens.
He is an experienced practitioner and has brought many cases of general public interest before the Danish Supreme Court. He has served on several investigatory commissions established by the Danish State and has been a key participant in the drafting of Danish immigration law.
In addition to his practical work, he has also contributed to the legal scholarship in the field, including co-authoring the latest edition of the main Danish textbook on immigration law.
In recognition of his work within the field, he has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the Honorary Award of the Dreyer Foundation and being knighted by the Queen of Denmark.

Kristin is specialized within the family law area, especially regarding custody, visitation cases and division of property. She has been a teacher in Familiy Law at University of Copenhagen since 2010. Kristin also has extensive experience in litigation in social law cases, particularly regarding child welfare (coercive interventions). Another main area of expertise is tort and compensation claims, e.g. industrial injury cases and cases regarding state compensation to victims of crime.

Morten Hove is a legal counsel to both contractors and builders in connection with main and turnkey contracts as well as dispute resolution.
Morten Hove has extensive experience in advising clients on real estate, general corporate law, investment structures, business transfers (M&A) and general contract law.
Morten Hove is experienced in transactions and works with the purchase and sale of commercial and residential investment properties, including advice on all aspects of property project development as well as owner, contract and financing structure in connection therewith.
