Jonathan Kiefer - Having worked in the market business his entire life, Jon Kiefer, Brian's younger brother, has established a vast knowledge of food preparation and storage. With this insight, Jon has been able to expand the online business to better meet customers' needs.

Thomas Kiefer - Tom Kiefer is the owner of Kiefer's Smoked Meats and Cheese. He has been in the Lancaster food business for over 40 years. His father, Paul Kiefer, started the family business in 1949 with a stand in the Southern Market in downtown Lancaster. Tom has since added three more local market stands. Kiefer's Smoked Meats and Cheese has become a well known household name in Lancaster for bringing customers a top quality product and superior service unmatched by their competitors.
