Amanda Hicks serves as Program Coordinator for the Diagnostic Radiology Residency program at the University of Illinois College of Medicine-Peoria, a position she's held since June 2016. Prior to that, she spent four years in administration of the Med-Peds Residency Program at the same institution. Her work life before entering graduate medical education included work with the Upward Bound program to encourage high school students from low-income families to continue their education levels beyond high school. Amanda earned an Associate's degree in Arts and Science from Illinois Central College in 2012 and is working toward earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Illinois- Springfield. Amanda also earned her Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) initial certification in 2019. In the past, Amanda has served as an officer for the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and the Sigma Kappa Delta English Honor Society. She was also a recipient of the "Staff that Makes A Difference Award" for her work with the Upward Bound program, and most recently has served as graphic arts director for the Civil Service Employee Council at the University of Illinois College of Medicine-Peoria. Amanda serves as the APCR Secretary - Treasurer, Co-Chair of the Mentorship Committee, Chair of the Electronic Communications Committee, Co-Chair of the Special Events Ad-Hoc Committee and is the APCR Social Media Manager. Amanda was the recipient of the 2023 APCR Outstanding Coordinator Award. When Amanda isn't managing the day-to-day operations of the Diagnostic Radiology Residency, she loves to paint, teach dance, and bowl in leagues and tournaments. She lives in Spring Bay, Illinois with her husband Greg, kids Devin, Summer, Arielle, and dog Nina.

For the last nine years Angela Huff has been the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program Coordinator at Emory University, a position that started as a temp job in August 2012. Before becoming a Program Coordinator, she served in the U.S. Army. Her military background instilled an exceptional set of core values - honor, integrity, and dependability that still cultivate her drive today. She has over twenty years of working experience. She currently serves as the Membership Committee chair and is a member of the APCR Wellness Committee. Additionally, she previously served on the APCR Scholarship Committee.

Since August 2012, Kim Christman has served at the Senior Program Coordinator for the Diagnostic Radiology Residency at VCU Health in Richmond, VA. Prior to moving to Virginia, she was a Respiratory Therapist. She has over twenty years of working experience between respiratory therapy and work in Radiology since 1998. Kim actively participates in her institutions GMEC and GME Oversight Committee as well as Chairs the PC Board Council. She currently serves on the following APCR committees: Chair of the Awards and Achieves Committees, IR/DR Committee, Special Events Ad-Hoc Committee. Previously, she served on the APCR Survey Committee.

LaToya Wright, BBA, C-TAGME is the Manager of Education Programs for the Department of Radiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She recently worked as the Institutional Administrator in the GME Office, following more than 11 years as the Program Coordinator for the Radiology-Diagnostic Residency program and the Radiology-Diagnostic Clinical Scientist research track. At UT Southwestern, she currently serves on the Program Coordinator Advisory Council Milestones and Mentoring Committee and the Complement and Addition to Programs (CAP) and Non-Standard Training (NST) GMEC subcommittees. In 2011, she joined the APCR where she served as the Chair for the APCR Archives Committee (2018-2021) and on the APCR Board of Directors (2019-2021). Since then, she has rejoined APCR in 2023, where she will serve on the Awards Committee and Scholarship Committee. She has presented at the ACGME, AHME, and AUR conference and has co-authored two poster presentations that received the First Place Judges' Choice Award at the Association for Hospital Medical Education (AHME) Institute. Ms. Wright is the award recipient of the prestigious 2022 Debra L. Dooley GME Program Coordinator Excellence Award from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. Ms. Wright currently serves on the ACGME Coordinator Advisory Group for a 3-year term, beginning July 1, 2023. She has a strong passion for medical education and enjoys mentoring others.

Ranitta McDowell began her career as an Administrative Coordinator in 2010 with the GME office at Summa Health in Akron, OH, home to her alma mater Akron University. Upon promotion to Program Coordinator, she acquired 3 programs and two of them had site visits on the horizon. Being thrown in the fire not only fueled her hunger to learn more but also ignited a passion for organization, readiness and process improvement which led to her current role as Program Coordinator at Emory University for 5 programs for 10 years. Ranitta also serves at the first Program Coordinator on the GME Program Oversight Committee at Emory University.
She joined the APCR in 2013 and has attended AUR annually since joining. She served on the Fellowship Committee from 2015-2019.

Samantha Schnitzer is the Education Program Director for the Department of Radiology at The Ohio State University, overseeing the administration of three residency programs, seven fellowship programs, and various medical student clerkships. Her journey in GME at Ohio State began in 2012 as an Education Program Manager in Radiology and was recently promoted to the role of Education Program Director. Prior to this, she served as Program Manager at the Ohio State Fisher College of Business for six years, working with graduate business students. She has experience in board leadership, as the Chair of the Central Ohio Program Administrators Committee from 2017 to 2019, after participating in several subcommittees until that point. She joined the APCR in 2015, serving on the Fellowship Advisory Committee starting in 2016, the Electronics Communications Committee in 2018, and the IR/DR Ad Hoc Committee. She is currently Co-Chair of the Special Events Ad-Hoc Committee, Co-Chair for the IR/DR Committee, and continues to participate on the Scholarship Committee and Fellowship Advisory Committee.
Samira has worked at the University of California, San Francisco, in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging since 2018. In her 5 years, she's supported several programs within the Education unit as the Medical Student coordinator, and Residency
Samira has been involved with the AUR since 2019 as a medical student coordinator. She is a member of the Alliance of Medical Student Coordinators in Radiology (AMSCR) a division of the Alliance of Medical Student Educators in Radiology (AMSER).

Sandi is the Senior Education Programs Manager for the Department of Radiology at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) in Boston, MA. She has worked at BWH since 2018, where she oversees the administration of four residency programs, eight fellowship programs and all medical student education (clerkship and advanced electives). Prior to joining BWH, Sandi worked for twelve years in the Boston Medical Center, Graduate Medical Education Office, as an Administrative Coordinator, overseeing the onboarding of all residents and fellows, training of all new Program Coordinators and management of New Innovations. Sandi is passionate about wellbeing and burnout for trainees, faculty and administrators. From 2017-2018, Sandi administered a national benchmarking survey of Program Administrator burnout, publishing the results in 3 subsequent articles. In 2017, she was awarded the "Distinguished Medical Educator Award" by the Massachusetts Society of Academic Medical Administrators, and in 2020 received the "Outstanding Coordinator Award" from the APCR. She joined the APCR in 2018, serving on the Wellness Committee starting in 2018 and is now chair of the APCR Wellness Committee.

Sheik became the Assistant Director of Education in the Department of Radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center in November 2012. Responsibilities include oversight of all educational programs. Prior to that he held positions in graduate medical education in Anesthesiology, Pediatrics and Medicine at Columbia and NYU.
At NYPH-Columbia Sheik has served, led, and helped establish the first NYPH Coordinators Sub-Committee. He has presented at the ACGME conference and co-authored a publication about residency recruitment. In addition, he contributed to the successful application of a grant for hybrid learning initiatives for medical students and serves as a team member implementing the new educational paradigms.
Sheik became a member of APCR in February 2013 and serves on the APCR Mentoring Committee and is the Fellowship Committee Chair.

Tina has worked in the Department of Radiology for 27 years. She started as an Office Associate, was Assistant to the Chairman, Education Coordinator, and is now the Education Programs Administrator. She oversees the radiology residency/fellowships/medical students for the department. She has 26 radiology residents, 5 fellows, and approximately 16 medical students that rotate monthly in the department. She is the Past President of the APCR and has served as Chair of the Membership Committee and currently still serves on the Mentoring Committee. She has been a member of the APCR for 23 years and has been an APCR Board Member since 2018.
