劉德明 Tom Lau IlTom Lau was born in Hong Kong in 1967. He has been working as a fine art artist and illustrator for over 2 decades and won several competitions: 1994 - The Philippe Charriol Foundation Fine Art Competition,1995 - Caran D'che Sunday Artist of the Year Competition,2000 - The CGWORLD & Digital Video Character Design Competition. His clients for illustrations are including : Hong Kong Disneyland, HSBC, Coca-Cola, Cheung Kong Limited, Ocean Park... He also did over hundred memorable oil paintings for Ming Pao Weekly Magazine and the most remarkable painting of the Character "Fire Phoenix" for the 36th Hong Kong International Film Festival. 2013-The finalist of The Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles 51st annual Illustration West Competition. 2014-The finalist of Lürzer's Archiv 200 Best Illustrators Worldwide and the Hong Kong & Macau Illustrations Exhibition 2014 at Macau Museum of Art and The winner of Ten Outstanding Designers 2014 in Hong Kong
