Brian Beaulieu

Brian Beaulieu, MPT, OCS, CMTPT is a Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Athletico, overseeing operational and clinical excellence for 467 clinics across 13 states and the District of Columbia in the Midwest, Eastern and Southeast regions. Prior to joining Athletico in 2022 following the acquisition of Maryland-based Pivot Health Solutions, Brian held leadership positions at Pivot as Regional President in Maryland and Virginia, and as Regional Manager for Virgina. He began his career in physical therapy as a clinician with roles as Clinical Director and Regional Director at Tidewater Physical Therapy in Virginia. Brian received his master's degree in physical therapy from Old Dominion University and completed his undergraduate degree in business administration at the University of Massachusetts.

Carrie Bienkowski - CMO

Carrie Bienkowski joined Athletico as Chief Marketing Officer in March 2020 and is responsible for creating innovative, digital-first engagement with B2C and B2B audiences that create growth for Athletico. Carrie has expertise in brand management, e-commerce, user experience, digital marketing, and retail. Prior to Athletico, Carrie served as CMO at Peapod where she was recognized as one of 50 top marketers who are redefining the CMO role on Forbes ‘CMO Next' 2019 list. Other former roles include Head of Buyer Experience for eBay Fashion in Europe and nearly a decade in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble working in their North American and European offices. Bienkowski also served as a Senior Consultant at C&E Advisory in London where she counseled a number of FTSE 100 companies including Sky Media, L'Oreal, HSBC, Vodafone and Boots Pharmacy. Carrie received her degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. In addition to her role at Athletico, she also serves on the Board at Conformis, a Boston-based medical device company.

Chris Hanfelt

Chris Hanfelt, PT, SCS, ATC, CSCS is Senior Vice President of Workers' Compensation Operations, overseeing the growth strategy for Athletico's workers' compensation brand and new patient access.

Dan Doyle - CFO

In April 2021, Dan Doyle joined Athletico as Chief Financial Officer. He leads all Finance operations, including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Audit, and Athletico's Billing Center. Previous to Athletico, Dan was Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at Aspen Dental Management Inc. Prior to that, Dan came from Walgreens where he was responsible for leading finance in support of Walgreens' U.S. pharmacy business and store operations supporting over 9,000 retail and specialty pharmacy locations and $70 billion in revenue. Throughout his time at Walgreens he held a number of senior roles, including Internal Audit Director, Divisional CFO - Innovation, Finance Officer - Retail Pharmacy, and Divisional Vice President - Pharmacy, Healthcare and Retail Operations. Dan started his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen and KPMG. Dan attended the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign graduating with a degree in Accounting. While working at Walgreens, he also earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).

Dave Tipton - CHRO

Dave Tipton joined Athletico as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in January 2023, where he oversees all aspects of the Human Resources function, including talent management and development, compensation and benefits, and organization effectiveness. Before joining Athletico, Dave served as CHRO of MultiColor Corporation, a $3B printing company headquartered in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Prior to MultiColor, he has held senior HR leadership roles in several other private equity sponsored companies across a variety of industries, from steel fabrication to food manufacturing at companies such as International Equipment Solutions, Tyson Foods, and PepsiCo. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Greg Michelini - CIO

Greg Michelini was appointed to his current position as the Chief Information Officer in September of 2020. Greg is responsible for driving transformational change to Athletico's technology platforms which will enable operational excellence and best in class patient care and experience. Greg joined the team after a 16 year career with Walgreens Boots Alliance including a most recent international assignment as CIO of Boots UK and Republic of Ireland which operates a 2500+ store Retail and Pharmacy business as well as a nationwide opticians practice. Greg has previously held IT roles in support of various parts of the Walgreens US based business including serving as Vice President of Retail and Pharmacy technology for the chain from 2015 to 2018. Prior to his tenure with Walgreens, Greg spent six years with Accenture where he was a Technology Architect serving numerous Fortune 100 brands. Greg attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned a degree in civil engineering.

Joanne O'Malley

Joanne O'Malley, JD, MBA, CHC serves as Athletico's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer. After joining the company in 2008, Joanne formalized and expanded Athletico's Compliance and Risk Management program, enhancing its commitment to operating with integrity and maintaining a culture of compliance. She oversees all facets of the program including regulatory compliance, safety, emergency preparedness, infection control, and release of information. Joanne leads a team of professionals responsible for the administration of policies, procedures and standards of conduct that supports the organization in adhering to applicable regulations while achieving business goals. Joanne has more than thirty years of healthcare compliance and risk management experience in a variety of settings. She obtained her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and her Master of Business Administration from Saint Xavier University. She also holds a certification in healthcare compliance (CHC).

Kari Kaplan - Chief Legal Officer

Kari Kaplan serves as Athletico's General Counsel. Kari joined Athletico in 2018 as Assistant General Counsel and most recently served as SVP, Legal Affairs. As General Counsel, she oversees the company's legal, government relations and real estate functions. Kari Kaplan serves as Athletico's General Counsel. Prior to joining Athletico, Kari worked in private practice where she concentrated on corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, entity governance, and contractual and business matters. She has previously been recognized as an Emerging Lawyer in Closely and Privately Held Business Law by Illinois Leading Lawyers, a Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers, and by Crain's Chicago Business in its 2017 Most Influential Women Lawyers in Chicago list. Kari received degrees in biology and psychology from the University of Iowa and her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Kevin Richardson

Kevin Richardson, PT, MPT is a Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Athletico, responsible for driving operational and clinical excellence for over 450 clinics throughout 10 states in the Midwest and Southwest regions. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Vice President of Clinical Operations for more than eight years, overseeing Athletico's Chicagoland, Central Illinois, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Kansas City markets. He started his career as a clinician with Accelerated Rehabilitation in 2001, where he served as a Clinic Manager, Director of Operations in Chicago, and then Regional Vice President of Operations until Accelerated's merger with Athletico in 2015. Kevin attended Northwestern University graduating with a master's degree in physical therapy. He also obtained a master's in therapeutic kinesiology and a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and exercise science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Lee Keller Stanley
