Opened in 2004, Alex Van Dyke's Going Vertical is a state-of-the-art training facility with nearly 8,000 sf of training space located in Sacramento, California. We train athletes/recreational of all sports and all ages to improve overall athleticism and cardiovascular in four disciplines: Speed, Agility, Power and Cardio. Our programs are designed for the individual who is at the top of their game looking for that extra edge, as well as the beginner or improving individual hoping to achieve a more important role on their team/activity.
