Gregory R. Miller

Gregory R. Miller, former Presidentially Appointed United States Attorney, served as the lead prosecutor and chief federal law enforcement officer in North Florida. Over his legal career Mr. Miller has had extensive trial and appellate experience in complex and high-profile litigation. Mr. Mitchem regularly represents lenders, developers, real estate brokers, health care organizations and builders in various real property and banking-related matters, including subdivision development, medical office building developments and acquisitions, residential and commercial closings, and commercial leasing transactions. In addition, Mr. Mitchem regularly counsels clients with regard to business acquisitions and divestitures. In the course of his practice, Mr. Mitchem is required to work closely with various title insurance companies, and he is an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Company, Old Republic Title Insurance Company, and Westcor Title Insurance Company.
