ScanOats is an industrial research centre with oat in focus. Using a holistic approach, oat is studied all the way from the crop genome to nutritional aspects. At the division of Biotechnology we are engaged in processing aspects, investigating novel oat based products, and utilizing advanced analysis techniques.
