The Blood Orange story began in Port Douglas in 2007 opening as a Greengrocer. Soon after, Blood Orange began offering grocery items including many unique and local artisan items and then a kitchen was installed which facilitated the birth of the Blood Orange Preserves Range- jams, chutneys, sauces... Blood Orange Foodstore opened in Melbourne in late September 2014 - it is a grocer, greengrocer, deli, cafe, caterer and take home meal supplier all in the one building. The Blood Orange Foodstore is a place where you find the charm of a friendly grocer, the convenience of a corner store, and the quality selection of produce and artisan products of a farmers market...
