Andrew C. Jackson - President

Andrew Jackson is a cofounder and president of BravoTECH. Andrew has been building and managing technical staffing companies for more than 30 years. In 1988, he started and managed the IT staffing division of a global engineering and technical staffing provider. Under his leadership at BravoTECH, the company has evolved from a local startup to a nationally recognized leader in IT and diversity staffing. Today, the company serves Fortune 500 and mid-sized organizations in more than 20 industries across the country. Andrew is a recognized leader in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) business community and beyond. He is president of the board for TechServe Alliance, the premier national association for IT and engineering staffing firms. He currently leads the Society for Information Management's (SIM) new chapter development initiative and is a past member of the national and DFW SIM boards. Andrew is a past chairperson for the Executive Connections Tech SIG, the Dallas and Fort Worth chapters of The Texas Association of Business, The National Multiple Sclerosis Society and The National Kidney Foundation. Andrew received the Partners in Professionalism Award from the Association of Information Technology Professionals, was honored as a Healthcare Hero by the Alliance for Healthcare Excellence and was a nominee for the Metroplex Technology Business Council Tech Titans award. He received a BS degree from Illinois State University, where he was inducted into the College of Business Hall of Fame.

Kristen Lindner

As a member of the BravoTECH team for 20 years, she understands every aspect of the business and has been instrumental in the company's growth and success.

Robert Duhon oversees the daily operations of BravoTECH. He has a proven track record of success supporting small, medium and Fortune 500 clients.

Valerie Freeman - CEO

Valerie Freeman is cofounder and CEO of BravoTECH. Valerie is widely recognized as a champion of women in business and diversity in tech. During her tenure as CEO of BravoTECH, the company has become a national staffing solutions company offering managed services, consulting, staffing and search. The company has been named multiple times to the Inc. 500/5000 and Dallas 100. She has been inducted into the Dallas Business Hall of Fame, Tech Titans Hall of Fame and Women's Business Enterprise Hall of Fame. In 2020, she was honored with the Orbie Leadership Award by the Dallas CIO Association. Valerie also received Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Alliance of Technology and Women and the Dallas Business Journal for her work with women in technology. In the past, she was named to DCEO's 500 Most Powerful Business Leaders several times, Power 50 Women in Business by the Texas Diversity Council and Women of Distinction from the Girl Scouts of NE Texas. She also received the Athena Award by the Dallas Regional Chamber. Valerie was a founder of Texas Women Ventures, the first venture firm in Texas to provide capital to woman-owned businesses. For that, the group received the Tech Titans Investment Catalyst Award. Today she is a founder, investor and serves on the board of directors of Prime Women Media, a diversified media group which offers high quality entertainment to the over-50 woman. Currently, Valerie serves on the Board of Advisors for Dallas AI and the Advisory Council (former Chair) of the Alliance of Technology and Women. She is a founder of the Dallas Business Journal's Women in Tech Awards and still serves as a presenting sponsor. She is a member of YPO, Dallas Assembly, International Women's Forum and Tech Titans. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Houston where she was honored as a Distinguished Alum.
