Alex Hodges

Alex Hodges was born and raised in Oklahoma City. She is the Project Manager at Jennifer Welch Designs and Jennifer's right hand woman. Although Alex is a Millennial (Jennifer's least favorite generation), Jennifer is the first to point out that Alex has a work ethic way beyond her peers. When she is not managing projects at Jennifer Welch Designs, Alex is educating her friends about the benefits of a gluten-free diet, so they too can avoid "grain brain." Alex is a member of the same sorority as Pumps and speculates that she and Pumps would have definitely been college friends had they attended school in the same decade.

Angie "Pumps" Sullivan

Angie "Pumps" Sullivan was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was raised in Oklahoma City. An attorney by trade, she managed to find another eccentric in the profession, having worked for Josh Welch early in her career. She and Josh remain as close as ever - and she and Jennifer, while polar opposites, are also best friends. Over 20 years ago, Jennifer walked into Pump's home and said, "The only thing worse than silk flowers is a painting of silk flowers...and you have both." Pumps recalls that as the moment she instantly knew she loved Jennifer. Pumps splits her time between practicing marriage and family law, and "over-mothering" her three children, Sam (18), Emily (16) and Luke (13).

Annemarie Wiley

Self-professed Type A personality Annemarie is always on the go. If the fitness fanatic isn't hitting the gym at 5 a.m., she's making the rounds for school drop off before heading to work as a registered nurse. Of Dutch and Nigerian descent, Annemarie was adopted soon after birth and raised outside of Vancouver. The competitive athlete excelled in track and basketball, all while earning her nursing degree. An in-demand nurse anesthetist, Annemarie helps patients at surgical centers throughout the Los Angeles area. She is married to former stand-out NFL player Marcellus Wiley, and the couple lives in Encino with their three children while also parenting Marcellus' daughter from a previous relationship. Brittany Cartwright

Jax and Brittany went from clubbing every night with their friends to watching cartoons every morning with their toddler, Cruz, and they wouldn't have it any other way. While Jax used to proclaim he never wanted to settle down and have kids, that all changed when he met the love of his life, Brittany. Far away from their relatives in Kentucky and Florida, Jax and Brittany call the Valley home and have made friends their family. Crystal Kung Minkoff

Crystal Kung Minkoff is a 76th generational descendant of Confucius. She was born and raised in Northridge, Calif., to first-generation Chinese immigrant parents. Crystal attended the University of California, Irvine and in 2003 met her husband Rob Minkoff, who directed the Academy Award-winning Disney classic The Lion King, as well as numerous other major feature films, including the Stuart Little series, Haunted Mansion, and Paws of Fury. Crystal and Rob live in Bel-Air with their two children, Max and Zoe. Crystal completed her culinary education in Los Angeles and has since taught her friends and followers classic recipes with an Asian twist. Besides cooking, she has also immersed herself in the world of mixology. She loves throwing extravagant parties on a budget, tending her vegetable garden and playing tennis with friends. Crystal is the co-founder of Real Coco, a coconut beverage company that has sold over 10 million bottles of coconut water to date, alongside her brother, Jeffrey Kung, who is a pop singer in China.

Dorit Kemsley

Dorit Kemsley is a dedicated wife and mother to two beautiful children, Jagger (9) and Phoenix (7). Born in Connecticut to an Israeli father and a mother from Tangier, she grew up in a multi-lingual family and had a yearning to travel from an early age. This passion took her all over the world, finally settling in Italy where she helped expand a swim company into a global business and remained there for 10 years. She returned to New York in her late 20s to start her own swimwear company, which is now the national brand Beverly Beach, offering swim, athleisure, and home/vacation products that include bronzer, candles, and towels. She spends a lot of time working with her husband, PK, with whom she has built an international management and IP business. In 2015, the couple moved to Los Angeles with their children. Dorit has become a style and fashion icon, with her looks being followed and adored by many all over the world.

Erika Jayne

Erika Jayne recently closed her Las Vegas residency, "Bet It All on Blonde," at House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. The residency, in partnership with Live Nation, ran for a dozen performances and showcased a combination of her top hits and newly released records. A TV personality, singer, author and actress, Jayne is best known for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, currently airing its 13th season. Jayne launched her professional singing career in 2007 with the release of her debut single, "Roller Coaster" which reached #1 on Billboard's Hot Dance Club Play chart, followed by eight more #1 hits: "Stars," "Give You Everything," "Pretty Mess," "One Hot Pleasure," "Party People," "Crazy" and "How Many F-ks." Outside of her recording career, Jayne performed on the 24th season of Dancing With the Stars. She also released her first book, Pretty Mess, in 2019, which quickly became a New York Times bestseller. In 2020, Jaye leaned into her passion for the theater, starring in more than 80 performances as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. Jayne has amassed over 5 million followers across social media platforms and worked with prestigious brands such as Alexander Wang, Moschino, Kenzo, and more.

Jaime Primak Sullivan

Jaime Primak Sullivan is the Founder and President of Bridge and Tunnel Entertainment, a full-service public relations and strategic marketing agency founded in 2005. Since then, Jaime took her business to Los Angeles, and launched some of the West Coast's hottest bars and night clubs. Capitalizing on that success, she expanded her PR business to event planning, brand launches, record releases, wrap parties and signature events like Jamie Foxx's Grammy Party, Diddy's White Party, The Travis Barker/DJ AM review and the Tony Hawk Foundation fundraiser. In 2006, Jaime relocated to Birmingham, Alabama to marry Michael Sullivan and they are now the parents to three beautiful children all under the age of six. Janet Caperna

Josh Welch

Josh Welch was born in Paris, Texas, but has spent nearly his entire life in Oklahoma City. He was a prominent criminal defense attorney before resigning his bar license in 2012. Now three years sober, Josh enjoys a budding photography career. In fact, he now shoots Jennifer's designs, providing the photos for her website and social media. His free-time is currently spent as an overbearing supporter of his sons Roman and Dylan's basketball activities. Josh is proud of the dad he is today and wants to make the most of his time with the boys. His friendship with Pumps is as close as ever...and remains blissfully "boundary-free."

Kyle Richards

Kyle Richards has been acting since she was a child, earning a wide range of credits, including roles in Little House on the Prairie, The Car, The Watcher in the Woods, E.R. and the original Halloween. She reprised her role as Lindsey Wallace in Halloween Ends, the final film of the Halloween franchise, alongside Jamie Lee Curtis. Luke Broderick

Sarah Moll

Sarah was born and raised in Oklahoma City. While attending The University of Arkansas, she was a design intern at Jennifer Welch Designs. After graduating first in her class, Jennifer hired Sarah as an Associate Designer, and sees a bright future ahead of her. Sutton Stracke

Born and raised in Augusta, Ga., Sutton is a southern debutante-turned-Beverly Hills-socialite. In her early 20s, Sutton moved to New York as an aspiring professional ballet dancer. She eventually became the Cunningham Dance Foundation's Director of Development and the Augusta Ballet's Executive Director. Sutton sits on various boards in New York, Los Angeles, and Augusta, including the prestigious American Ballet Theatre. She was also named a Top Party Host in America by the Salonierre, alongside Oprah and Michelle Obama. Sutton married childhood friend Christian in 2000 and they have three children: daughter Porter and sons Philip and James. Sutton and Christian divorced several years ago, and she's making the most of her newfound freedom. Her West Hollywood boutique, Sutton, recently celebrated its fourth anniversary. Sutton is never far from her Southern roots, however, as evidenced by her recent spur-of-the-moment purchase of a Friesien horse.
