His experience in Visual Merchandising and Interior Design ensures he has a keen eye for detail, paying meticulous attention to items many would overlook. Having a background in education, Paul has the ability to listen and quickly understand what his clients are looking for whilst delivering results. He has been instrumental in students achieving and realizing their goals. His creative style has led him to buying, selling and developing property. His development of warehouse townhouses in North Melbourne received special commendation by the Melbourne City Council with regard to a sensible and appropriate approach to development. With his breadth of experience and ability to think outside the square, Paul has a finely tuned awareness of what things cost, he understands land values, properties, building costs and the value of every dollar ensuring savings to his clients. Living locally in Kew with his wife and two sons, Paul pursues an active involvement in contributing to the local school and community. Paul has an intimate knowledge of Kew and surrounds, including wider Boroondara, Stonnington, Bayside and the inner city ring.
