BURN MODEL SYSTEM

We are the centralized data management team for the BMS. We provide the infrastructure for the BMS Centers to collect, enter and store their data... To assist BMS Centers collect high quality and reliable data, we provide training and on-demand answers to technical questions... The Burn Model System (BMS) National Data and Statistical Center (NDSC) is located at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. We are a centralized resource for researchers, data collectors, and clinicians within and beyond the BMS. In this role, we provide data collection and data management expertise, statistical and methodological assistance and services, access to the BMS National Longitudinal Database (BMS NDB), overviews of the data contained in the BMS NDB, and training and technical assistance to BMS Centers.
