CAWV is the state chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA). Founded in 1923, the association serves contractors who perform commercial building, utility, industrial, highway and heavy construction throughout the state of West Virginia. CAWV represents over 500 construction-industry businesses... CAWV represents over 500 businesses and over 20,000 employees in the building, highway, industrial and utility contracting industries.
