He is currently on the boards of the NZ Rugby Foundation, Burwood Academy of Independent Living and Sporting Futures Charitable Trust. Andrew is a founding trustee of both the Ben Lei'a Trust and the Pacific Disability Support Trust.

Graeme retired from the special education sector having held principal positions for over thirty years. He was, for several years, a review officer for the Education Review Office. Graeme currently practices as an education consultant in the area of learning support and leadership. He is a member of the Ministry of Education's Learning Support Advisory in Christchurch and a panel member the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand's Complaints Assessment Committee (C.A.C.)

Vince Barry is CEO at Pegasus Health in Christchurch. He commenced his health career 35 years ago as a nurse assistant in psychiatry. Vince then went on to a career in nursing and into management in the mid 1990's, following the establishment of Forensic Psychiatric Services. Vince's management career in hospitals involved general management of mental health, aged care and rehabilitation services, as well as coordinating the elective surgical services programme for Canterbury. Vince embarked on his role as CEO with Pegasus Health in 2008.
