Adam Stanfield, MBA, joined the Chapters Health System team in March 2018 as the executive director of Chapters Health Foundation and vice president of development. In 2023, he became the vice president, chief development officer.

Nikki Romence - CHRO

Nikki Romence joined Chapters Health System as the new Chief People Officer in October 2021. She provides leadership and oversight of all functions for People Operations formerly known as Human Resources. With nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, Nikki definitely exemplifies what it truly means to be a change leader by inspiring team members to achieve greater goals with coaching, personal accountability and education. Prior to joining Chapters Health, Nikki was the assistant vice president for human resources for Bronson Healthcare in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She began her career at Bronson - the largest employer and leading healthcare system in southwest Michigan - as a medical-surgical nurse. To date, some of Nikki's key accomplishments include improving customer service satisfaction rankings from the fourth to the first quartile in the nation, best practice implementation of Workday and building a culture of customer-centricity. Nikki received her Associate degree in Nursing from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Development from Ashford University. In addition, she has served on several community task forces, boards and committees aimed at enhancing community relationships to develop talent pipelines. Nikki also is a member of the Michigan Hospital Association Healthcare HR Committee and Forbes HR Council.

Paola Bianchi Delp

Paola Bianchi Delp joined Chapters Health System in November 2019 as chief business development officer. Paola has worked with Chapters Health System since December 2018 as a consultant, reviewing and analyzing the company's existing managed care contracts. Paola was named the president of CareNu/ASSURITY DCE in April 2021. In her current role, Paola maintains and expands Chapters Health System's relationships with payors, hospital systems and ACOs, and works to develop strategic partnerships for Chapters Health. In this role, she provides leadership and strategic direction within the evolving accountable healthcare environment with an emphasis on alternative payment models and population health. She was asked to led the population health strategy with accountability for the following: commercial and government value-based contracting, managed care MSO services, risk contracting and network operations. Paola is equipped with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Before she began working with Chapters Health, Paola was the president of her own healthcare consulting firm where she provided expertise and industry guidance across the United States. Paola consulted across healthcare segments ranging from business development to managed care to mergers and acquisitions. Paola's notable career in the healthcare industry also includes leadership roles at United Healthcare, Physician Healthcare Plans, Ramsay-HMO and a number of leading hospital systems. Paola pioneered a risk-based delivery model which allowed her to launch several alliances with independent physician associations, physician-hospital organizations, Medicare-shared savings and accountable care organizations programs. An active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Paola has also served on the board of directors with the American Hospital Association in Managed Care. Paola earned her Bachelor of Science degree in public relations from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Florida.

Rhonda White - COO

Rhonda White is the chief operating officer for Chapters Health System. Prior to this role, Rhonda was the chief compliance officer for the system, which she assumed in April 2022. Rhonda White is the chief operating officer for Chapters Health System. Prior to this role, Rhonda was the chief compliance officer for the system, which she assumed in April 2022. She began her hospice and palliative care career in 1999 as a social worker. Rhonda joined Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care in 2008 and in 2014 was named as its chief operating officer, where she oversaw the daily operations of all divisions of Cornerstone. Rhonda is a Florida native who graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in social work and a master's in public health. She is also certified in healthcare compliance.

Samira K. Beckwith

Samira K. Beckwith is the executive vice president for public policy at Chapters Health System and assumed this role in May 2023. Previously Samira served as president and chief executive officer of Hope Healthcare since 1991. She is a recognized pioneer in the hospice and healthcare field. Her expertise and lifetime commitment to quality care is acknowledged throughout the state, nationally and internationally. Samira was appointed to The White House Conference on Aging, served on a panel for the Senate Special Committee on Aging and testified before the House Judiciary subcommittee on the need for legislation to enable better care and comfort for those at the end of life. Within the state of Florida, she was given special recognition by Governors Ron DeSantis, Rick Scott and Jeb Bush, having been appointed to their respective committees including the Transition Advisory Committee on Health and Wellness, the Board of Directors for the Florida Center for Nursing and the Long-Term Care Advisory Committee. As a dedicated champion for palliative care and end-of-life issues, Samira has served as Chair for both the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the National Hospice Foundation. In addition, she is the founding president of the Florida PACE Providers Association and a founding director of the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation. Samira received a sociology degree and master's in social work from The Ohio State University where she later served on the Alumni Association Board of Directors. She received The Ohio State Medalist Award, presented to alumni who have gained national or international distinction in a chosen field and was granted Doctor of Humane Letters degrees from Southwest Florida College and Piedmont College.

Sheri Strobel - CIO

As chief information officer, Sheri Strobel is responsible for all aspects of development of the strategic direction and operational oversight of the Clinical Information Technology Department. She is committed to capturing and transforming the business culture into a creative collaboration. Along with innovation, Sheri is focused on an integrated care delivery model that supports excellence in quality of care and sound business decision-making for Chapters Health. As chief information officer, Sheri Strobel is responsible for all aspects of development of the strategic direction and operational oversight of the Clinical Information Technology Department. She is committed to capturing and transforming the business culture into a creative collaboration. Along with innovation, Sheri is focused on an integrated care delivery model that supports excellence in quality of care and sound business decision-making for Chapters Health. While attending St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Sheri started her healthcare career as a memory care certified nursing assistant at an Alzheimer's care community. Prior to joining Chapters Health, Sheri was vice president of applications at Brookdale Senior Living in Brentwood, Tennessee, and the director of business applications at Alterra Healthcare in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is certified as a public accountant, agile leader, product owner and a scrum master, and currently volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association, Women in Technology International (WITI) and is currently working on her master's in health information at the University of South Florida.
