Alex Hallett

Alex graduated from Cambridge and is enthusiastic about surgery. He is currently studying for a postgraduate certificate in surgery. When not operating he spends the rest of the time managing the running of the practice. He enjoys the great outdoors, especially scrambling in the mountains, as well as spending time with his daughter, wife and naughty beagle.

Annabel King BVSc

Job Titles:

Annabel qualified from the University of Bristol and has previously worked in both a farm and small animal practice in South Leicestershire. She has a particular passion for anaesthesia and loves surgery, particularly caesarean sections as she loves to bring new life into the world. Annabel has a two-year-old Springer Spaniel named Marco who she loves going on long walks with. She also enjoys swimming and surfing.

Casey James Student

Casey is currently studying as a Student Veterinary Nurse and is very excited about this next stage in her career. Casey has a horse called Pepper who she loves to spend as much time as possible with and enjoys riding and going on long walks.

Charlotte Levick

Charlotte, or Lottie as she prefers to be called, joined the practice in April 2021. She currently has two Chihuahua's named Bindi and Peri who she loves going on long walks with. She has also studied Sports Therapy at Bath University and is a qualified fitness instructor and sports therapist and likes to spend her spare time in the gym or running or supervising extreme sports!

Charlotte Williams

Charlotte graduated in 2021 from Cambridge University and has moved to Stroud to work here at Clockhouse. She has a keen interest in surgery and medicine. She has two pets; Lyra who is a Golden Retriever and Maisie who is a Jack Russell Terrier. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, running and baking.

Christina Davies RVN

Christina graduated from Hartpury College and has worked at Clockhouse since she completed her student training. She loves being able to spend time with our lovely clients and their pets; seeing familiar faces is always nice and also meeting new ones too! She has a handsome tabby cat called Buddy that she re-homed through work, he has 3 legs after an accident that led him to need care from the RSPCA and Clockhouse.

Claire Coles-Jones

Claire qualified from Langford University with a degree in Veterinary Nursing. As a nurse she enjoyed behaviour clinics, though she now loves getting to know clients and their pets and so being part of our client care team is something that she finds very rewarding. She has many pets at home: 2 cats named Mathew and Flossie, a 'Houdini' Jack Russell Terrier called Dodger, a crazy Cocker Spaniel called Rosa, and 8 Soay sheep. Claire has two teenage children, Fred and Daisy and a husband called Russ - they all keep her very busy indeed! Her hobbies mainly involve socialising with friends, holidays, and if she ever gets a spare moment, she loves to read.

Fiona Chevalier

Fiona graduated from the University of Bristol. She spends most of her time at work consulting and has a keen interest in dermatology, having completed a dermatology certificate. Outside of work her time is mostly taken up with her two little boys, though she sometimes fits in some running. She has a 3-legged cat called Brian O'Driscoll, The Legend.

Frances Receptionist

Frances joined the reception team in 2022. She previously worked as an Animal Welfare Assistant at the Blue Cross with horses and as a self employed groom. She has three dogs, two cats and three horses; a retired polo pony called Herb, who she loves hacking with around Hailey woods, a 27 year old Gypsy cob called Merlin and an 18 year old American Standardbred called Mannie. She also has three goldfish. When she is not assisting clients at work, she spends her spare time looking after her pets and riding and chilling out with the horses.

Hannah Pocock BVSc

Hannah graduated from University of Liverpool in July 2020 and joined the Clockhouse team in September 2020. She has a particular interest in behavioural problems, geriatric patients and dental issues. She has a lovely dog named Teddy whom she rescued when he was 12 years old. When she isn't working, Hannah loves to travel and to see family and friends. She likes to keep fit and go to the gym.

Jacky Robertson Pet

Jacky has worked at Clockhouse for a number of years; she was Head Receptionist here 20 years ago before trying a range of other careers outside the veterinary world, returning to us in 2012. She has a great wealth of knowledge of the veterinary world and enjoys her role. She has a beautiful Border Collie called Barney who loves agility. He is a frequent visitor to the practice and loves playing fetch with the staff on lunch up in the office. In her spare time Jacky is involved in voluntary work as a Chairperson to the support group Keeping Abreast South West (Cheltenham), this group supports women after a diagnosis of Breast Cancer and supporting them along the journey of Breast Reconstruction.

Jasmine Receptionist

Jasmine joined our client care team in May 2021. She joined us with varied experience in the hospitality and retail services sectors. Jasmine has in the past spent time volunteering - in India at an animal rescue centre and in Costa Rica on a community project. In her spare time, she enjoys spending her time in nature and traveling.

Jennie studied Animal Biology at the University of Gloucester, graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree. At work she enjoys working with the vets during consults, building a connection with clients and learning new areas of Veterinary care. She is a very sociable person, spends a lot of time with friends and family when not at work and takes care of their children. She has 3 cats and a dog that keep her company at home.

Kelly joined us in 2021 having worked for the police for 15 years; 13 of which were as a PCSO (Police Community Support Officer) dealing with a variety of Community issues and assisting Police Officers. She also worked briefly in the missing persons department. She has a 15-year-old Cat called Buttons, a 3-year-old Mini Dachshund called Willow and a 12-year-old Border Collie called Sam. When she is not walking the dogs, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going away travelling in her motorhome and for fitness she likes to run and likes to take part in events such as 10k's, half marathons and has also taken part in the Tough Mudder assault course. She has also trained in Martial Arts (Taekwondo) for 10 years and is a Black Belt!

Kellyanne Earl

Kelly joined the management team in September 2021 and comes from an extensive career in hotel hospitality and sales. She has a very keen drive to help people, especially those in a time of need. She has a Chocolate Labrador names Toby and a little kitten named Luna. She has had many other pets growing up - even a reptile or two! In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and spending time with her young family and her friends. She is passionate about supporting the local community and is a committee member of the local village hall and also the playgroup.

Louise joined the reception team in 2022. She is currently finishing her final year of BSc Animal Behaviour and Welfare at Hartpury University. She came to us with a wealth of experience from the hospitality sector and has a real passion for client care. She has a French Bulldog named Nala and three horses: a thoroughbred called Nero, a gypsy cob Bonnie and a clydesdale cross called Sally. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, socialising with friends and keeping fit in the gym. Her and her boyfriend also enjoy exploring in their campervan and are excited to welcome their first child into the world in early 2023.

Michelle has been in practice as a veterinary nurse for over 25 years and has held a variety of rolls from Receptionist to Veterinary Nurse and now she is our Nursing Manager. She has a lovely bouncy Labrador named Teddy. Michelle has two young children and she also competes in Half Marathons and Triathlons, which keep her very busy along with entertaining Teddy. She also used to be a rally co-driver & took part in the British Championships!

Natalie Receptionist

Natalie received a BSc (Hons) in Applied Animal Science with Therapy from Hartpury University and is currently studying to be a Veterinary Physiotherapist. She is very close to completing her Small Animal Hydrotherapy Course. She has two little house bunnies called Honey and Custard with very big personalities! In her spare time, she likes to horse ride, travel and spend time with family, friends, and animals. She would love to travel and work with animals such as turtles and elephants!

Niamh started her Clockhouse journey as a receptionist in 2019. She then progressed to VCA and is currently studying to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. She is hoping to qualify in 2022. She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Education and moved to America to practice this before changing careers to her chosen vocation. She very much enjoys nurse clinics as loves to educate and engage with owners about all aspects of animal husbandry. She has two Labradors names Oscar and Florence who love walks and especially love the sea! When Niamh is not working or studying, she enjoys long walks with Oscar & Florence and tending to her vegetable on her allotment.

Rebecca graduated from Solihull Collage with a degree in Veterinary Nursing. She chose to become an RVN as no two days are ever the same. She enjoys working at Clockhouse due to our wide variety of cases which helps to utilise her skills in emergency care, CPR and minor procedures such as suturing wounds. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her two dogs; Lola and Scully and enjoys a good book and crafting.

Vicki graduated from Hartpury College with an HND in Equine Science. She has worked in the veterinary industry for nearly 20 years and enjoys the variety of the job, increasing her clinical knowledge through processing insurance claims as well as getting to know clients and their pets. She keeps busy at home with her two daughters (Izzie, 12 and Sofia, 8) plus a 5-year-old Lab X Collie called Luna and two guinea pigs.
