Badri Gopalan is the co-founder of 1APP. Prior to founding 1APP, Badri served as principal engineer at Synopsys where he was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and prototyping promising verification technolog ies. Previously he worked at Ageia Technologies where he verified and modeled the world's' first game physics engine in silicon, the PhysX chip. He also held various roles at Cadence Design Systems and Riverstone Networks. In his free time, Badri enjoys attending the rodeo, tuning up his ukulele skills, and is contemplating learning the banjo.
Melvin Cardozo is part of the original 1APP founding team. Prior to founding 1APP, Melvin spent more than thirteen years at Synopsys in a variety of technical leadership roles. Most recently, he served as an R&D Director where he managed a large team spanning multiple countries and was responsible for the large scale deployment of both internal tools and external simulation related tools on private clouds at Synopsys and other prominent customers. Prior to that, he worked on improving the performance of the Verilog compiler and lead the technical team in developing the System Verilog compiler at Synopsys. He holds a patent for the system and method for reducing size of simulation value change files and has filed various other patents at Cloudzilla.

Raheel Hasan is a co-founder and CEO of 1APP. Prior to founding 1APP, Raheel built multiple successful businesses and enterprise software products generating hundreds of millions in revenue from the top technology companies in the world. Prior to starting 1APP, he lead Synopsys' cloud strategy and helped grow one of the largest private cloud-based applications, VCS, to the #1 verification product in the world. Raheel founded a hardware manufacturing and export company at the age of 15, which he ran as the majority stockholder for six years until his move to the US. Raheel used to race motorcycles as an amateur and now spends most of his free time with his 6 and 2 year old sons.

Sharjeel is a Co-Founder of 1APP. He is a software entrepreneur with an extensive understanding of the US and Asian business landscape. Sharjeel has founded successful businesses in the Healthcare and Energy sectors. Prior to 1APP, Sharjeel was Founder and CEO of Linxus, an innovative enterprise software healthcare company that digitized over 30 million patient medical records. Previously, Sharjeel was the Founder of Intelligrid, a company that provided innovative smart grid software solution to digitize the power grid. Sharjeel has also worked for Motorola where he was responsible for execution of next generation cellular applications for the Linux-Java and Android Platforms. Sharjeel has managed large Business and Engineering units spread across US, India, Japan, China and Brazil.
Sharjeel currently serves on the Board of Paradigm Technology and Ambit Energy. He is also a member of SVJP, a initiative to broaden business ties between Silicon Valley and Asia. SVJP comprises of a small group of less than 50 members and advisors.
