For MOST record seal request I serve the entire state of Colorado. Our firm is located near, and designed to serve the Denver Metro area. Record seal requests can generally be accomplished using new information technology and the postal service, not requiring us to be present in the County in which it is filed; in some instances, however, a hearing is required and our presence will be necessary. We may request a higher fee for performing these services outside of the metro area, however, we are confident that you will find our fees to be very competitive compared to other Denver area counsel, or local counsel.
