Committee for Open Democracy is an NGO based in Florida, USA, that monitors elections worldwide. Founded in 2010, COD has observed 24 elections in 9 countries. Countries include Ukraine, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania, Lithuania, and the United Kingdom. Our mission is to promote open and fair elections throughout the world. We believe that every person has the right to cast their vote and have it counted. We work diligently to ensure that elections are free from corruption, voter suppression, and any other tactics that might undermine the democratic process.
