Thomas Chamberlain started his commercial building career in 1988 working for a private company with retail locations throughout Florida. His responsibilities included demographic research, lease negotiations, interior design, merchandising, remodeling, and new store construction. In 1996 Thomas became a Florida state certified general contractor and founded Commercial Building Services, Inc. In the early years, he had retained his previous employer as a client and built over 100 retail stores and distribution centers throughout Florida.
