EL PASO

The El Paso County Coliseum is located in South Central El Paso at 4100 E. Paisano. Originally built to host rodeos, the "El Paso County Live Stock & Agricultural Exhibition Building" officially opened its doors on May 21, 1942. Now known simply as the El Paso County Coliseum, one of the city's most popular venues, throughout its history has hosted some of music's biggest performers, including Elvis Presley, the Jackson 5, Johnny Cash, Selena, Juan Gabriel, Fleetwood Mac, Ariana Grande, Green Day, and the Grateful Dead who made their only ever appearance in El Paso.
