David Fielder

Job Titles:

David has extensive years of engineering and management experience both within Australia and internationally (Africa, Asia, South America). He has worked on a range of commodities including gold, copper, lead, zinc, alumina, lithium, iron ore, coal and grain. His expertise covers the restructuring of engineering design offices for greater efficiency and assembling industry leading teams to meet project requirements. He has significant experience in the management of engineering design packages to ensure that time, quality and cost targets are being met whilst maintaining a strong constructability focus. David has multidiscipline exposure and strong technical understanding in statutory mining regulations and national standards, such as, AS, ADG, ANSI/ASME, SABS, IEC, ISO, BS and others. David has worked for high profile engineering and construction companies such as Sedgman, Civmec and Primero, in Engineering Management roles prior to joining CPC in 2019.

Glen Weir - CEO

Glen has more than 40 years' experience in the minerals resources sector, covering all aspects from operations, design and project management to commissioning and handover of operations. Glen's operational experience was gained with Western Mining Corporation culminating with his role as Chief Engineer at Olympic Dam. Glen's engineering and project management experience has spanned projects such as the re-opening of the Golden Mile, Windarra Nickel Project, Olympic Dam Copper/ Uranium Project, Sunrise Dam Gold Mine Project, Union Reefs Gold Mine, Emily Ann Nickel Project and Greenbushes Tantalum Plant. Since joining CPC in 2003, Glen has overseen the company's growth from a single, small, regional workshop to a multidisciplined organisation with a design office in Perth and offices and workshops located across Western Australia.

Graeme Rooke

Graeme has 30+ years broad industry experience ranging from oil and gas, mining and minerals, power generation, to defence and rail in design, procurement, construction, project management, commissioning and handover of operations. Graeme is a professional engineer with track record of successful delivery of major resource, industrial and infrastructure projects in both Australia and overseas. Projects in mining and minerals include: Pasminco Metals EZ stripping machine Hobart, MIM: Copper Isasmalt- Mt.Isa, Dalrymple Coal Terminal, BHP/Codelco: Bioleaching plant - Chile, Bulong HPAL Nickel Mine, Xstrata Koniambo Nickel plant - New Caledonia, Indo Gulf: Tank House - India. Graeme is a fellow member of the Institution of Engineers with Post Graduate Business Administration.

Graham (Barge) Warner

Graham has had over 35 years' experience in maintenance, wear management and materials handling. He has held positions including Maintenance and Mine Manager in a number of large organisations. Having worked as the client as well as contractor has enabled him to understand clients' needs and find solutions that are fit for purpose whilst always looking outside the box for solutions. Graham has a proven track record in providing solutions in which some of these are seen and being utilised across the mining industry. Innovation and a "can do" attitude, combined with his management skills has positioned Graham as a key member of our operations team. He is both committed to, and accountable for, providing our customers with a quality and timely service.6

Karen Haynes - CFO, Secretary

Karen is a qualified CPA with over 25 years' experience, the last 15 of which have been in Senior Finance and Commercial Management roles across a range of industries including Oil and Gas, the Airline Sector, Logistics, Construction, Drilling, Engineering Services and Higher Education. Karen has a well-established track record in senior financial and commercial leadership with exposure to executive leadership teams where she has demonstrated her ability to drive finance efficiencies through strong systems and process improvement. In her last five years in the position of Chief Financial Officer, she has maintained a high level of exposure to statutory reporting, compliance, budgeting and forecasting.

Rod Davies

Job Titles:

Rod Davies has over 32 years of operations, project development and delivery experience both in Australia and overseas. During his career, Rod has managed and supported client operations and developed small and medium sized projects through to major project delivery. His extensive experience covers engineering, feasibility studies, commissioning management, and operations in commodities including gold, copper, nickel, lead, industrial minerals, iron ore and minerals sands. Rod obtained a Bachelor of Science in Extractive Metallurgy from Murdoch University in 1989.
