He has over 30 years of experience as a decorated fighter pilot, manager, teacher and leader in aerospace and defence - gained from his international experience in the areas of aviation, training and information technology. Don advises clients in the assessment of business processes, developing strategic business plans and implementation processes that make sense whether scaling back or growing. Don has helped businesses implement technological advances in a way that optimizes personal commitment to a vision that everyone understands. Don is also an entrepreneur, being a part owner of a successful dot com aviation business. He understands both the benefits and the challenges of the digital world, from websites to the most advanced on line training.
