Louis Smith, Smith Partners PLLP
Louis Smith has served as the District's Attorney since 2014. His knowledge and expertise assists the District's Board and staff in day-to-day operations as well as long-term planning and legal issues.
Merle has served the Clearwater River Watershed District since 1996. His extensive experience working in partnership with local units of government, state and federal government, lake associations, and related natural resource management groups has provided him with the basis for long-term planning that helps guide watershed district activities.
