Jennifer Atkinson and David Schmidt, managing broker, have over twenty years of real estate experience in Denver. Before starting their real estate company, David Schmidt, in 1999, bought his first Denver investment property on the edge of the University of Denver campus in Washington Park. Jennifer Atkinson worked for another real estate firm and left to start DenCO Property Management and Sales with David Schmidt.
