A graduate of University of Michigan, Angie has over 25 years of experience in accounting.
Angie is highly skilled in accounting and bookkeeping, having worked as the Controller for a major commercial general contractor for over 12 years. She is specialized in all aspects of construction accounting, reconciling job cost detail, and billings including; all AIA documentation, sworn statements, lien waivers, and payment oversight.
Additionally, Angie has gained experience as the controller for a real estate holdings company and trust attorney that owns and operates multiple entities in several states. Duties included not only all aspects of accounting and reporting for both the real estate assets and the trust accounts, but also property and asset management responsibilities and duties.
Mr. Fracassa is responsible for driving DevMar to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives, establishing internal and external processes and key performance indicators for the business and for their measurement and effectiveness.
He is also responsible for the oversight of the accounting and financing activities at DevMar, including; financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, lender and investor relations and more.
Jason has successfully underwritten, and financially managed over $200M in multifamily and mixed-use development projects for DevMar.
Jason graduated at the top of his class as Valedictorian, earning a Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration, under scholarships for both football and baseball at Walsh University of Ohio.
Driven by the pursuit of excellence for over 20 years, Mark DeMaria, an award-winning Developer and Construction Executive, has a proven track-record in the development, execution, management and profitable completion of large development projects.
Mark has successfully completed a diverse portfolio of major private and public sector projects including ground up multi-family developments valued over $600 million by utilizing a unique development approach focused around superior market analysis, intuitiveness, dynamic design, costs / timeline management and a passion to create unique and viable living environments within walkable urban neighborhoods.
Mr. DeMaria is committed to improving communities by providing excellence in project delivery through principles of trust, honesty, integrity, reliability and quality. DevMar consistently embraces new technologies, systems and ideas to enhance the development process. To that end, Mark remains fully involved from inception to completion to maintain a consistent project vision, manage the budget and ensure final results exceed all expectations.

Following in the footsteps of both his father and grandfather, Mr. Semmler has enjoyed a career of more than 40 years in the development industry with an extensive background in the areas of acquisition, development and asset/property management. Mr. Semmler's experience in the construction industry has resulted in a personal construction portfolio in excess of $2.25 billion.
Mr. Semmler is a self-motivator who dedicates himself to relationship building and has taken charge of construction operations and client relationships essential to DevMar's growth in the Florida market. He holds a General Contractor's License in the State of Florida, and a Builder's License in the State of Michigan.
Prior to joining DevMar Development, Mr. Semmler worked with the Conceptual Construction Group at "Hines", a global Development and Asset Management firm.

Rick Baker most recently served as President of a St. Petersburg-based development and entertainment company, having co-orchestrated some of St Petersburg's most notable and desirable developments.
Rick is most notably recognized having served as mayor of St. Petersburg, Florida's fourth largest city, from 2001 - 2010. Under Mayor Baker's leadership St. Petersburg experienced a renaissance unmatched in city history. In 2008, Mayor Baker was named America's Mayor/Public Official of the Year by Governing Magazine, and in 2011, was named "America's greatest mayor of the decade" in Newsweek's Daily Beast.
Rick has a passion and demonstrated success, in real estate development, with a focus on urban renewal and creating thriving downtowns utilizing the development principles he has created, and has written about in his authored book The Seamless City in 2011, about city leadership and urban revitalization.
Baker holds a B.S., MBA, and a Juris Doctor (with honors) from Florida State University where he was Senior Class President. Rick studied comparative law at Oxford University, served as legal intern to Florida Supreme Court Justice Ben Overton, and law clerk to Governor Bob Graham's special counsel.
