After extensive renovation the new Downtowner, now known as the Downtowner Woodfire Grill, re-opened its doors in August 2001, offering a truly unique experience for Twin Cities diners. With an open floor plan, water fountains in the bar and three fire places, the Downtowner offers a charming atmosphere. The Downtowner Woodfire Grill still serves its fabulous breakfasts and lunches. At the Downtowner, our meats and vegetables are prepared over an oak-wood burning grill, following ancient fire-roasted cooking traditions.
