Barbra Kilgore

As Executive VP of Accounting and Finance, Barbra's primary focus is oversight of the financial, accounting, treasury and human resources functions of Heeter and Duke Print. Her main responsibilities include ensuring accounting activities and financial reporting maintain the highest degree of integrity and efficiency, management of the bank and financing activities, benefits administration and payroll. She also works closely with the operations and sales team to provide critical support by Heeter's back-office functions. Barbra brings nearly 30 years of business experience with a focus on accounting and finance. Previous to Heeter, Barbra was CFO for Bolttech Mannings, Inc, a leader in providing industrial services in the energy sector. Among her accomplishments was a $2M EBITDA improvement over the prior year resulting from expense management focus aligned with accountability at a regional level. Barbra also served in senior accounting and human resources positions at All-Clad Metalcrafters for 17 years.

Blake Leduc

Blake joined Heeter when Heeter acquired his firm, DUKE Print and Mail Solutions, in May 2021. Blake's father, Blake Leduc Sr., started DUKE in 1974. As the company grew, Blake, Jr. and his brother Chris joined the business and helped transform the company into one of the most well regarded printers in the greater Cleveland market. In 2000, Blake began running DUKE .

Kirk Schlecker - President

Kirk as President manages all operational and manufacturing activities within Heeter's and Duke Print's 140,000 square feet of facilities. He also leads the Sales, Customer Service and Information Technology teams. Kirk joined Heeter in January, 2014, after having run several top print and fulfillment companies in the Chicago area. Schlecker is one of the country's foremost experts on inkjet printing techniques and applications. Schlecker led Heeter to be the first commercial printer in the United States to successively install two of Ricoh's latest inkjet presses. He is a frequent panelist at industry events on software and inkjet technology. Kirk has a background in Lean Manufacturing which helps Heeter and Duke Print continue to refine its standard operational procedures and bring better accountability within the company. Kirk is a lifelong Chicago sports fan and avid bass fisherman. Kirk and wife Laura have twin girls that keep them very busy.

Lawrence Maiello - Chief Legal Officer

Lawrence Maiello is Chief Counsel for Heeter | Duke Print. Lawrence serves as general counsel to mid-sized businesses and provides counsel regarding personnel matters, financing and real estate. He leads his firm's business transaction group which regular assists businesses with both strategic acquisitions and sales. Mr. Maiello is also a keynote speaker at the Small Business Development Center at the University of Pittsburgh where he offers strategies to help strengthen and grow businesses.

Scott Heeter - CEO

Scott Heeter is the CEO of Heeter, a 75 year old, third-generation, commercial print firm that has adeptly navigated and grown in a rapidly changing marketplace. What started as a commercial print company has expanded under Scott's leadership to include mailing, fulfillment, digital marketing and other innovative services. Heeter is annually ranked as one of the largest commercial marketing firms in in the country. Heeter and Duke Print employ over 140 full-time employees in Pittsburgh, PA, and through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Duke Print and Graphics, in Cleveland, OH. Scott is a 27 year veteran of the print industry, having joined Heeter in 1993. Scott ran the Heeter sales organization from 2002-2007, at which point he became President and Partner in the business. At the beginning of 2020, Scott became CEO. In this role, Scott leads the executive team and provides strategic direction to the company. Scott has also utilized acquisitions as a means to fuel his company's growth as well as improve his firm's competitive position. Scott is a graduate of Penn State University. Since 2016, he's been a board member of St. Clair Hospital and the St. Clair Hospital Foundation and served on several key committees. For 15 years he was on the board and the Executive Committee of the Epilepsy Association of Western/Central PA, including 5 years as the Treasurer. He's a board member and treasurer of YPO Gold Pittsburgh and a board member of The Graphic Source and a member of PrintAmerica, a professional peer group. Scott and his wife Dianne have 3 adult children, Sarah, Jake and Matt. He enjoys spending time with his family and likes to hike, travel, ski, golf and engage in water sports.

Tim Thomas - COO

Tim started ‘print floor' at Heeter 38 years ago; he has worked at just about every position at Heeter- making him an ideal leader of the Operations. Today Tim is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for all Operations at Heeter and Duke Print. Tim's daughter Rachael works at Heeter in the Customer Service and Mailing department.

Tom Boyle

Tom joined Heeter as VP of Sales and Marketing in July, 2015. Previous to Heeter, Tom was SVP of Strategic Sales at Consolidated Graphics, Houston, TX (CGX was acquired by RR Donnelley in 2014). His team drove strategic sales initiatives across the global organization supporting 70 operating companies and a sales force of 700+ local sales representatives. He was also VP of Sales and Marketing for 11 years at Automated Graphic Systems, Inc. (White Plains, MD). Tom is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College where he played football and lacrosse and majored in Psychology. Tom and his wife Gina live in Pittsburgh.
