Dr. Hasse obtained his Bachelor's degree from Valparaiso University, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University. He earned a certificate in oral biology from Harvard School of Dentistry.
Dr. Hasse is a member of the American Dental Association and the San Francisco Dental Society.
Dr. Hasse and his wife Susan, a nurse practitioner, currently live in San Mateo. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, skiing, traveling and philosophy.

Dr. Facchino attended San Jose State University for his undergraduate degree. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific. He loves spending time with his family, running and traveling.
Dr. Johnston received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from Brigham Young University and Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of Colorado at the Anschutz Medical Campus. He then pursued surgical training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Tennessee Knoxville Medical Center. While in residency, he focused on the surgical and non-surgical management of facial trauma, head and neck cancer, benign pathology of the face and jaws, dentofacial deformities, obstructive sleep apnea, and temporomandibular joint disease. He also received training in general anesthesia, intravenous sedation, dental extractions, bone grafting, and dental implant placement. Following residency, he completed one year of fellowship training in Craniomaxillofacial Trauma and Reconstruction at the Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.
Dr. Johnston is currently stationed at Travis Air Force Base where he is an attending surgeon for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program. He is actively involved in education as an Assistant Professor in the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and contributing author to numerous journals and textbooks. He is near completion of the board certification process of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and holds certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS. Dr. Johnston earnestly strives to provide evidenced-based care that is ethical and compassionate.
He and his wife enjoy living in California where they seek adventure with their four energetic children.
Dr. Lam has the training and expertise to treat a board range of orthodontic conditions. His special interests include cosmetic orthodontics, Invisalign®, night-time splints/retainers, orthodontics in conjunction with orthognathic surgery and pre-restoration orthodontics. He enjoys using the most innovative products in orthodontics, such as self-ligating braces and temporary anchorage implants.
Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Dr. Lam and his family have lived in San Francisco for several years. He received a Bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia in Canada. Dr. Lam obtained his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Harvard University, and certificate in orthodontics from Boston University.
He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, California Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association.
Outside of the office, Dr. Lam enjoys spending time with his wife Alice, son Brandon and daughter Alison. He also enjoys travelling, attending sporting events, skiing and playing golf.

Dr. Pandher says, "My belief is that good oral health and hygiene is the gateway to a healthy living. I thrive to provide the best quality dental treatment to my patients in a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I also focus on educating my patients about their dental health and emphasize on building trustworthy relationships with my patients."
Her areas of expertise are General Dentistry with emphasis on Cosmetic and Preventive Dentistry. She is a certified provider for Invisalign (clear braces) and is comfortable treating adults and children.
She resides in Dublin, CA with her Husband and daughter Avya. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, traveling, listening to music and practicing yoga.
Dr. Pandher is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Secretary-elect of Southern Alameda Dental Society SADS.
Dr. Kashani was born in Kerman Persia (Iran). He served in the military for 2 years as a dentist and then moved to the United States. Dr. Kashani received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tehran University. He graduated from the University of Iowa with a master's degree in prosthodontics and periodontics.
After graduating, from the University of Iowa, Dr. Kashani moved to New York City where he practiced for 5 years. While in New York, he was an Associate Professor at New York University. Dr. Kashani moved to California in 1983. In addition to practicing periodontics, he is currently a Clinical Professor for the University of California, San Francisco's School of Periodontology.
Dr. Kashani has the ability to treat very difficult cases successfully. He utilizes advanced technology to treat cases with new medications, grafting material and techniques. He has also designed several techniques for cosmetic periodontics.
Dr. Hwang grew up in a quiet town called Almaden in south San Jose, CA. He studied at UC Berkeley for his undergraduate education and holds a BA in both Music and Psychology. He then attended the University of the Pacific for his dental training and obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Hwang believes in serving at the highest level of care for every patient and employs the latest research and technology to achieve the best outcomes in oral health.
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Hwang is an accomplished violinist, composer, and music teacher, and enjoys playing board games and fishing.
Dr. Pil Han is a gentle, caring dentist who practices comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on getting to know each of his patients. He is a careful listener and will explain beforehand what treatment is best and discuss about the procedures. He spent 7 years at University of Kentucky completing his Bachelor Science in Biology and Doctorate in Dental Medicine.
Upon completion of his Doctorate in Dental Medicine, Dr. Han began his General Practice Residency at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. This residency provided extensive training in hospital dentistry and management of medically compromised, disabled and elderly patients. Dr. Han gained extensive training in all phases of general dentistry, including outpatient dental treatment with intravenous sedation and inpatient care in the operating room under general anesthesia at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Throughout Dr. Han's education and residency, he has seen many offices and how they function. It is with this experience and the constant thought of "how can we do better" that Dr. Han has decided to continue his education and pursue a Master's Degree at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
For almost a decade now, Dr. Han has been perfecting his craft in the Financial District and Pacific Heights District of San Francisco. These areas are known for being competitive and Dr. Han has gained the experience and skill to compete with the best of the best. We are very excited that he has decided to bring his knowledge and experience and serve our wonderful patients.
Dr. Han has set a goal, accomplished it, and is expanding upon that goal now. He has chosen to continue his education and work towards bettering the field that he has selected a profession in. Dr. Han is someone who will ask questions. His choice in profession and education shows proof that he is a hard worker and will ask the right questions before action. Dr. Prabhakar earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UCSF, University of California San Francisco. She also has a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) form Bangalore, India. Dr. Prabhakar is experienced in all aspects of general dentistry with emphasis on aesthetic, preventive dentistry and sleep apnea. She is passionate about dentistry and is committed to providing the best dental care to her patients.
Dr. Olsen obtained his Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. He began practicing dentistry in 1974 and founded Embarcadero Dentistry in 1975.
Dr. Ellie Shadmehr has been a practicing endodontist since 2011. She earned her DDS and Master's Degree/Endodontic Certificate from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2011. She then earned an Advanced Endodontic Certificate from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Upon completion she moved to California in 2018 and joined the Division of Endodontics at UCSF as a faculty member.
Dr. Shadmehr is a researcher who has presented at several national and international conferences. She has published more than 35 peer-reviewed articles and two books. She also has registered patents in the field of endodontics. Her patents are regarding two innovative designs to remove separated instruments from root canal systems. She serves as an editor and reviewer for numerous International Endodontic Journals. She has lectured at several meetings and has received several awards including the American Association of Endodontics Research Award Competition in 2017.
Dr. Loh aims to provide patients with positive dental experiences in the most gentle, comfortable manner. She seeks to empower patients to a lifetime of excellent dental health by preventing dental disease through patient education. Her approach to the practice of dentistry is to preserve the natural dentition by using minimally invasive techniques.
Dr. Loh obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the San Francisco Dental Society.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, exploring new cuisines, hiking and traveling.
Dr. Noratto is a Bay Area local. He grew up in Clayton, CA located in the East Bay where he attended Clayton Valley High School. He attended the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Noratto is an outstanding dentist who has seamlessly fit into place with our team. He effortlessly puts patients at ease while earning their trust and confidence. His caring attitude, positive energy, attention to detail and talented clinical skills allow him to provide exceptional care to our patients.
Dr. Harris earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific where he graduated with high recognition for his clinical skills. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
