Alayne Fodor-Gopalakrishna, was appointed to the Board in 2010. Ms. Fodor-Gopalakrishna currently serves as vice president of operations at Fairview Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Allen R. Tracy, CPA, FHFMA, joined Eliza Jennings' Board of Trustees in 2018. Mr. Tracy is former senior vice president and chief financial officer of UH St. John Medical Center. Mr. Tracy holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He is a certified manager of patient accounting (HFMA CMPA) and a certified managed care professional (HFMA CMCP). Mr. Tracy is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American College of Healthcare Professionals, and the Health Care Compliance Association.

Brendan A. Lawlor

Brendan A. Lawlor became a member of Eliza Jennings' Board in 2018. Mr. Lawlor is the executive vice president and group head of Institutional Bank Credit Risk Management for KeyBank National Association, and oversees KeyBank Capital Markets and Asset Based Lending Divisions. He assists with setting lending strategies, works with various regulatory bodies, and serves as a member of various committees within the bank. Mr. Lawlor is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

Glenn S. Krassen

Hilton Young

Hilton Young joined the Board of Trustees in March 2021. Mr. Young served with the Cleveland Trust Company, (KeyCorp,) for more than 30 years, most recently as senior vice president in personal trust and wealth management. He and his wife, Dora, have been residents at the Renaissance Retirement Campus since 2017. Mr. Young is chairman of the Renaissance Residents Association (RRA) and a former chair of the RRA Finance Committee. He obtained his education at Indiana University and Northwestern University National Trust Banking School, and served in the United States Army. His father-in-law, Harlan Yenne, was among the first male residents of Eliza Jennings Home Mr. Young volunteers with the Lake Temagami, Ontario, Home Owners Association.

James W. Rogerson

James W. Rogerson joined the Eliza Jennings Board of Trustees in March 2021. Mr. Rogerson currently serves as chief operating officer at HealthPRO-Heritage, a contract therapy and consulting business serving continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health agencies. Mr. Rogerson has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and aging services; he served as executive vice president of operations and chief operating officer at Eliza Jennings from 1995 to 2007, and president of Therapy Partners, a former Eliza Jennings therapy provider, from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Rogerson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Baldwin Wallace College, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University; he is a licensed nursing home administrator.

Kathleen M. Shields - CFO

As Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Kathy Shields is responsible for overseeing internal accounting controls for the organization, and for all aspects of corporate financial functions for Eliza Jennings including financial statements, stakeholder reporting, tax returns, and budgets. In addition to her financial management responsibilities, Ms. Shields develops financial plans and polices and functions as a member of the business-planning team for the entire organization, which includes all corporate and community-based services. An experienced CPA, Ms. Shields has more than 15 years of public accounting experience. Prior to joining Eliza Jennings in 2004, she served as an audit manager for American Express Tax & Business Services, formerly Hausser + Taylor, LLP, assisting clients in various industries including not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Shields earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University and is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and served on the Budget and Finance Committee of LeadingAge Ohio, the statewide association of not-for-profit aging services organizations. Minni Nair

She earned her MBA in Health Care Administration from Cleveland State University, specializing in geriatric long-term care. Ms. Nair is a surveyor for CARF International, an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. She was recently nominated for the American Society on Aging's New Ventures in Leadership program.

Patricia M. Scanlon

Patricia M. Scanlon was elected to the Board in 2004. Ms. Scanlon is a general corporate solo practitioner, having previously served as vice president and general counsel of The Scott Fetzer Company. Ms. Scanlon received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor degree from the Notre Dame Law School. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
