ENMC is dedicated to inform the neuromuscular community via publications in scientific journals, its website and through social media of the progress being made at the workshops with regards to neuromuscular research and new guidelines, for instance in standards of care. ENMC is proud of its active patient participation giving patients a chance to discuss their needs with scientists and clinicians... With the funding by our supporters, ENMC is able to accomplish its mission of connecting researchers and clinicians and facilitating collaborations within the ENMC network. The larger part of our income comes from the eight NMD patient organisations, which form the ENMC Executive Committee. Furthermore, we developed a group of associated partners which helps the ENMC fund condition-specific workshops and new projects.
