I was born in Tampa Florida where I grew up for most of my life. I moved to Wa state almost 10 years ago and LOVE it here. I have 2 fur babies named Queen and Alice. They are Mastiffs and may eat me out of house and home. I recently graduated from community college with an Associate of Business. I enjoy photography, listening to music, and learning sign language which I still have a LOT to learn. I have been with Fix Your Tax Problem for a year and a half. This is the most genuine team I have ever had the pleasure of being part of. We truly try to help take care of one another.

Job Titles:
  • Executive Assistant Operations
I am a goal-oriented individual who is constantly looking to further expand my skills. For most of my life, I've worked in corporations where I managed financial operations, implemented strategic initiatives, and hired, trained and managed people of various cultures and backgrounds. Over time, I've shifted my focus to smaller businesses. Working with people is my true passion. I strive to make an impact on everyone I meet and in return, expand my own viewpoints and experiences of the world. I am a mom to two wonderful boys and, as of recently, a grandmother to a beautiful baby girl. At "Fix Your Tax Problem," I have the opportunity to help as many individuals as I can. That's why you can always rely on us to protect your rights and provide you with the very much needed peace of mind.

I have been in the tax resolution business for over 25 years. The story of Fix Your Tax Problem begins when I was running a Hawaii kayak tour operation on the island of Kauai for 18 years. The two hurricanes that visited Kauai in 1982 and 1992 were what led me to sell my tourism business. The hurricanes created thousands of dollars of back taxes for me personally, which took a long time to pay off. I decided that my tax experience could help others get over devastating life events and I wanted to work in a business that the weather could not destroy. This lead me to start our tax representation business with my tax partner John Bove, a licensed Enrolled Agent, over 25 years ago. Together, we help others devastated by life events that cause tax problems to get solutions that work. I live with my lovely wife Mary of 28 years in San Rafael, CA. We have no children although the two chinchillas Taro and Gus along with Charles the crow would disagree on that comment. Charles adopted us five years ago and primarily includes our backyard garden as his territory. The key to my success - I always look on the brighter side and for the gifts of conflict. I'm a problem solver and I take great pride in solving problems.
