David is a co-founder and President of Community Clothing Assistance, a charity developed to combat poverty though the operation of a clothing bank. He has received National Recognition from Manulife Financial for his charitable work. CCA is one of Thunder Bay's 29 United Way funded Agencies. David Is also a member of the Canadian Kennel Club, the American Kennel Club and the Flat Coat Retriever Association of Canada and the US. He and his wife train their retrievers in Hunt test, Obedience and Rally. David and Nancy have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. 3 of their children now reside in the United States.

Michele holds the Certified Cash-flow and Health Insurance Specialist designations. She focuses on helping people in financial life transitions by helping to analyze their situation and develop plans to effectively navigate the change. Her goal is to empower people to define their ideal lives, educate them to make the best financial decisions and pursue their dreams of financial independence so they can live life on their own terms.
