Briana Richie is an associate at Frails & Wilson, LLC that joined the firm after she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina in 2023. During her time at the University of South Carolina, Briana consistently engaged with her law school community serving as a member of the Mock Trial Bar, member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, Secretary of the Student Bar Association, President of the Black Law Students Association, and Pupil Member of the John Belton O'Neall Inn of Court. Briana also earned CALI awards in Trial Advocacy and Consumer Law, a HerStory Service award for exemplary citizenship, and the Luther M. Lee Scholarship established in honor of a legendary trial practitioner and a pioneer of personal injury trial practice.
Briana enjoys volunteering in the community, judging mock trial competitions, singing at church, reading, spending time with her family, and taking care of her two dogs.

Mr. Wilson joined the firm in April 2006, and became a junior partner in 2010.

Patrick A. Berkshire is an associate attorney at Frails & Wilson, LLC. A long-time resident of Augusta, Mr. Berkshire moved from Washington D.C. in 2015 with his wife and daughter to be near family. Mr. Berkshire earned a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Washington and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law. Mr. Berkshire has practiced law continuously since 2010, having joined Frails & Wilson just recently in 2024.

Randolph Frails is the founder and senior partner of Frails & Wilson LLC. After graduating high school, Mr. Frails enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served his country with distinction for twenty years obtain the rank of Senior Chief. While serving in the U.S. Navy, Attorney Frails attended Southern Illinois University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management. He also is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law. Mr. Frails is dually licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. He is a Member of AAAE with a CM designation.
