FRECKLES THE CLOWN AND FRIENDS

Freckles the Clown and Friends was founded over 30 years ago by Elaine Bowne. During her time as a professional clown, she's performed at hundreds of events and attended several seminars across the tri-state area. Freckles the Clown provides baloonists, facepainters, caricaturists, photobooths, photographers, magicians, and many costume characters. Her clowns, party entertainers, princesses and characters are based out of Conshohocken, PA and serve all surrounding counties, including Delaware, Montgomery, Berks, Bucks, Chester, and Philadelphia.
