Chris Fulks is the Regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Prime Healthcare's Michigan market, including Lake Huron Medical Center and Garden City Hospital. As the CFO, Chris manages the financial security and risk. He has more than 25 years of experience in health care accounting, finance and revenue cycle. Joining LHMC in 2005, Chris previously served as the organization's Controller. Chris routinely demonstrates his ability to implement new systems, increase efficiency, implement internal controls and initiate productivity improvements. He is a current member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association; serves on the Health Information Technology Advisory Committee at St. Clair County Community College; and was previously on the Board of Directors for the Blue Water Area Chamber of Commerce, serving on multiple governance committees. Chris earned his Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University. He currently resides in St. Clair, Michigan. with his wife and three children and enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.

Christopher Doig, DO is an active faculty member at Garden City Hospital, and has been on staff for more than 25 years. Over the years, he has served in many distinguished positions such as Chief Medical Officer, Chief of Staff, and Department of Internal Medicine Chair. Dr. Doig currently serves on the Hospital Board of Directors, is an active member of a Hospitalist Group, and is the Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. He is the past recipient of the American College of Osteopathic Internists "National Internist of the Year" award. In 2014, he became Chief Medical Officer of Garden City Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare. Dr. Doig and his wife Julie are the proud parents of 7 children.

Saju George serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Region V of Prime Healthcare. In his role, George oversees Prime Healthcare's hospitals, medical groups and outpatient locations in Michigan.
Saju George held various leadership positions within non-profit and for-profit health systems. Prior to joining Garden City Hospital, George served at Ascension Health's -St. Mary's/ St. Joseph Health System. George joined Prime Healthcare in 2014 and assumed the role of Garden City Hospital CEO in 2015. Since his arrival he led the Board and senior leadership through strategic planning effort, transforming the hospital from near-bankruptcy to vitality. Under his leadership, the hospital has significantly increased its quality, efficiency and financial performance earning top local and national honors including IBM Watson's elite Everest Award for achieving the highest levels of sustained performance over five years and IBM Watson 100 Top Hospitals® Award in 2019.
Mr. George holds a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and an MBA in Healthcare Administration. He completed his Executive Leadership Formation for Healthcare Leadership from Aquinas Institution of Theology in St. Louis, MO. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on various boards, including the American Hospital Association's Regional Policy Board and Michigan Hospital Association Service Corporation.

Selvan Murugan is a Chief Nursing Officer with extensive experience in nursing leadership. His role as Chief Nursing Officer involves the coordination of nursing operations while enforcing a high standard of quality patient care. Murugan comes to Prime Healthcare, Garden City Hospital from Doctors Hospital of Laredo in Texas, where he served as Chief Nursing Officer. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership positions in different healthcare organizations, providing nursing and clinical oversight.
Murugan is a registered nurse with a strong educational background. He earned his MBA in Healthcare Administration and MSN in Nursing Administration from Grand Canyon University in AZ and completed his MHA from Texas Women's University.
