Our Mission: To protect access to and enhance an individual's experience of a float trip through the Grand Canyon while protecting the resource... We are a non-profit 503(c)3 organization established in 1996 governed by a Board of Directors and a set of Bylaws. Board members are volunteers who are DIY boaters, care about access to the Canyon and cherish the resource it provides. You can meet them here. There are no paid staff. Managing all the facets of running an organization is kind of a bootstrap affair - akin to doing a self-guided trip. And, of course, we too have a privacy policy...
