Daniel Perdomo

With a combined experience of almost 25 years in business development, from giving the helm and resources to creating a business from scratch while taking his own business from one customer to over five hundred during the 2008 recession, Daniel now serves as the Vice President of Business Development at 5 Points Electrical. Since 2019, Daniel has been instrumental in the massive growth the organization has sustained in the Atlanta market. For the past two years, the Atlanta Business Chronicle has awarded 5 Points Electrical, the fastest-growing electrical company. With his team's hard work, the company foresees this trend moving forward in the same direction. I am proud to serve on the board of GHCA and help fulfill its mission to nurture the success of the Hispanic construction community in Georgia.

David Berdugo

As a commercial lender at Cadence Bank, David Berdugo provides expert guidance and financial tools for commercial and industrial clients in the Great Atlanta area. Utilizing a team of experienced Cadence bankers, David delivers cash flow solutions and treasury management services. David came to Cadence Bank with 16 years of experience from Bank OZK, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Wachovia Bank. David served as President Emeritus of Prospanica, an organization that empowers and enables Hispanic MBAs and business professionals to achieve their full educational, economic, and social potential. He also served on the Board of Directors for CEPTA. He has a Master of Science in Finance from Georgia State University and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology from Southern Polytech State University.

Diana Argote

Diana Argote, originally from Jalisco, Mexico, and raised in the United States from a young age, has instilled in her roots from both countries. Diana and her husband saw the construction industry as the best field for the Hispanic and American cultures to thrive. Diana is the CFO of Rays Stairs Inc, a Steel Fabrication Company founded in 2012, where she began her direct contact with the Steel Industry, learning and thriving. Diana found the motive to instill growth in Business Essentials, Customer Service, and Business/Personal development in the Hispanic community. Leading by example, she built a career through hard work and experience attained from Rays Stairs Inc, paving a path for generations to come, promoting and representing Hispanic Business Owners, and working diligently with the Hispanic community to shine a light on the potential and impact of the Hispanic Community in the Construction Industry.

Erika Loaiza

As a seasoned professional in the construction industry with over 25 years of experience, Erika brings a diverse skill set and extensive education to the table. With a degree in Architecture, a Master of Arts in Interior Design, and two decades driving sales results, Is uniquely positioned to leverage strategic approaches to elevate the member experience within our association. Drawing on this background, she aims to implement tailored strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and networking. By empowering members to maximize their potential, increase revenue, and make a lasting impact in our state's construction industry, to collectively drive positive change and growth.

Gabriela Matute

Gabriela oversees the planning, execution, promotion, evaluation, and further improvement of GHCA'. She works closely with the board of directors to attain the organizational goals and bring GHCA's services to the community helping build a more inclusive and professional industry. Gabriela brings to the GHCA her extensive experience as a journalist focused on the hispanic community.

Janyra Perez

Janyra Perez is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Fulcro Insurance, a risk management, surety, and insurance agency founded in 1981 and with offices in Georgia, Florida and Puerto Rico. Perez holds a postgraduate diploma in Risk Management and Insurance from St. John's University in New York, a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology both from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. She holds the ‘Certified Insurance Service Representative' Elite Designation and has taken specialized courses in Surety from the National Association of Surety and Bond Producers. Mrs. Perez is originally from Puerto Rico and has been a member of Fulcro Insurance since 2007.

Javier Gonzalez

Javier Gonzalez is an International business attorney with broad experience involving cross-border corporate, M&A transactions and international commercial agreements across Latin America, North America, Europe and the Middle East. He currently works at Drew, America, Eckl & Farnham North America, as a Foreign Law Consultant. Javier has vast experience providing counseling services and drafting and negotiating legal documents, advising businesses in identifying and managing risks and liabilities, and providing solutions to strategically prevent internal and external threats.

Jefferson Dominguez

Jefferson Dominguez has spent his life using his personal and career experiences to help his clients make their dreams come true by building their houses or business premises. Jefferson Dominguez, President of Jefferson Construction Company, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Jeff has been part of every task imaginable in the building process. Jefferson holds the State License General Contractor, Certified NPDES (Georgia soil water conservation), Certified EPA LEAD RENOVATION, Certified Earth Craft Builder, OSHA Certified, and Award Contractor by Atlanta Magazine "Best Contractor of the Month" a few years ago.

Kevin Lares

Originally from Venezuela, Kevin moved to the United States to study Business Administration at the Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He is the owner of MFC Remodels, Inc., a company dedicated to remodeling chain Restaurants as well as residential work. In 2013 he started to work for National Custom, as Sr. Project Manager. Currently MFC and NCI have a partnership that offers plenty of contracts to the Hispanic community, and continues to remodel countless franchise businesses projects nationwide.

Mauricio Guzman

Mauricio Guzman earned his degree on Information Technology in his native Colombia. In 2001 he moved to Atlanta and began a successful career in the construction industry. His commitment to excellence has paved the road to impressive growth within the residential and commercial market sectors. Mauricio has been an active member of the association for several years both sponsoring and participating in a variety of events. He understands the needs of the industry since he has experienced all the ups and downs growing his company. When he started Cronos Contractors 12 years ago, his coverage area was relatively narrow, however he has expanded to cover the entire state of Georgia.

Rafael Villegas

Rafael promotes the Association's efforts across all stakeholders, serving as the Director of Organizational Growth and overseeing the membership and programs and events departments. Rafael provides leadership and works hand-in-hand with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to ensure GHCA's vision and mission are accomplished and fulfilled. Rafael has been instrumental in establishing socio-economic development organizations to support the Hispanic community in Southeastern U.S. He is a founding member of the National Hispanic Construction Association in Washington, D.C.

Valentina Arango

Valentina Arango was born and raised in Colombia where she earned her BA in Political Science at Universidad de Los Andes and MS in Marketing at Universidad Eafit. In 2017 she moved to Atlanta to pursue her MBA at the University of Georgia, after earning her degree, she started her career in the construction industry. As a Brand Manager for White Cap, Valentina focuses her role on creating a brand around diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her works consist of highlighting the importance of the Hispanic market in the industry and meeting the needs of the community in order to further develop the impact of Hispanics in the industry.

Wilson Tomala

Wilson Tomala moved to Atlanta from New York in 1998. He studied engineering at Stony Brook University of New York where he received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He proceeded to attend NYU where he received his masters in Management Technology. With a passion for sales, marketing and engineering he later joined the team at Heatcraft as the Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning. With encouragement and support from his closest friends and family he decided to go into business for himself and joined the Paul Davis team by purchasing a franchise location in North Atlanta. He began this journey nearly 15 years ago and has enjoyed all of the new challenges that being a business owner have brought him. He is passionate about his business and has instilled his values into the company. The four main company values are authenticity, continuous improvement, perseverance and empathy.
