Randy's own success story began in 1976, when he graduated from the Superior School of Auctioneering, Decatur, Illinois. Four years later, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Doane College, Crete, Nebraska. He also studied at the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he received a Certificate in Real Estate Land Use Economics. In 1980, he was awarded his Nebraska Real Estate Brokers license.
