Ashley Watts

Job Titles:
  • Guest Services & Events Manager
Ashley has worked with the Bay View Collection for over two years and has been a Guest Services Manager since the Spring of 2017. Though a born and bred Mainer, the indoors are more her forte, along with baking and Netflix. When not at work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her kids, four cats, dog and the occasional book. She loves Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee, carbs of all sorts and helping guests enjoy all that Camden has to offer.

Bonnie Cross

Job Titles:
  • Lead Housekeeper
Bonnie joined the Bay View Collection team nearly 5 years ago and was recently promoted to Lead Housekeeper. Bonnie is instrumental in helping us provide an exceptionally clean and comfortable experience for our guests. Bonnie has a very strong work ethic, a great attention to detail, and is very supportive of her fellow co-workers whenever a helping hand is needed.

Chelsea Armstrong

Job Titles:
  • Director of Rooms
Chelsea has worked with the Bay View Collection since the Spring of 2016. She was born and raised in Maine and has over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has traveled, and moved away a few times, but always finds her way back to the midcoast. Chelsea is grateful to have settled in such a great and beautiful town. When not at work, she enjoys doing photography, crafty things, and most of all spending time with her family and fur babies.

Christopher Sprague

Job Titles:
  • Director of Guest Services
Christopher has been with the Bay View Collection since June of 2016. He has a strong background in hospitality, sports & leisure management and holds a BA degree in Biology from Boston University. As Assistant General Manager, he can be found supporting all areas of the company, from housekeeping to front desk to maintenance to food and beverage. Outside of his role at the Bay View Collection, he enjoys spending time with his two children. Christopher has passions for partner dance (competing in West Coast Swing and performing in local ballets), natural movement, nutrition, reading, and spending time outdoors. He also has a Primal Health Coach certification.

Erick Anderson

Job Titles:
  • General Manager of Hotels
A native of Midcoast Maine, Erick has over 20 years in the luxury hospitality industry spanning from Florida's Gulf Coast to Maine and has been responsible for the daily operations as the General Manager here at the Bay View Collection hotel properties since 2010. Erick's passion for service and the guest experience extends far beyond the hotel walls as he is also a member and past President of both the Board of Directors for the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce as well as the Camden Area Business Group. When Erick isn't welcoming travelers from all over to Camden, he enjoys quality time with his wife Gretel and their dogs Finnegan & Ollie; he is also an avid Jeep and Harley Davidson enthusiast.

Kristen Koenig

Job Titles:
  • Lead Housekeeper
Kristen has been with the Bay View Collection off and on for several years. She initially started with us as one of our housekeepers, and after returning from a short hiatus, we promoted her to Lead Housekeeper. Kristen is extremely detailed and hard working and loves perfection. Kristen takes great pride in her work and is valued by all of her fellow co-workers who she helps train and support throughout her work day.

Matthew Levin

Job Titles:
  • Director of Hotels & Marketing
Following a career in outdoor education and adventure travel, Matthew found the world of hospitality and never looked back. For the last 14 years, Matthew has worked for Stuart and Marianne Smith, owners of the Lord Camden Inn, Grand Harbor Inn, and the all new 16 Bay View hotels in Camden, Maine, collectively known as the Bay View Collection. As Director of Hotels and Marketing, Matthew is responsible for establishing an outstanding service culture, and guest experience within the hospitality portfolio, as well as oversee and provide operational support and training to all management. When not at work, Matthew enjoys the great outdoors along with his wife and two dogs, Trapper and Ranger.
