Ana is a highly experience hairstylist & makeup artist that has been serving the beauty industry since 2006. Her passion for the industry and love for her clients drives Ana to keep current and updated on the latest fashion trends. Ana works closely with celebrities, social media influencers, models and the film industry. Her work has been featured in local magazines, bridal books and catalogs and has been seen in fashions and more.
Brittany has been in the salon and spa industry for over 13yrs where she began as a front desk salon coordinator. She always had the natural leadership ability along with five star training in customer service that led her to years of experience in managing people and excelling in guest customer service. She has been a part of the Haim salon management team for 4 years where she was the Manager at our Park Hyatt Resort location. Her strengths lie in employee financial coaching and wedding coordination.

From his beginnings as a Stylist's apprentice in Tel Aviv with one of Israel's most noted professionals, to his acclaimed full service exclusive Salon in Del Mar, California, Haim Knister has enjoyed a very colorful and successful career in the beauty and fashion industry. In his early 20's Haim ventured to London to continue his advance training under Vidal Sassoon. In 1974 Haim moved to the United States where he established his career with three salons in the Midwest.
In 1989, his dream to create a one of a kind color group became a reality when he opened Haim Ltd. Salon; a full service exclusive Salon in Del Mar, one of the finest beauty and fashion destinations in Southern California. He has worked with Logics and L'Oreal and for the last several years has shared his knowledge and experience as a premier educator for Eufora Int'l and his salon is noted as one of the nation's leading Eufora Salons.
Often mistaken as Mrs. Haim this fantastic lady has been Haim's right hand woman since the first day he opened the salons doors 30 years ago! She has been the momager for many of the staff members, best friend to the owner Haim and our clients just rave about her! Although she's stepped back to enjoy time with husband Sam the Cooking guy and her family, she will always be the backbone of support to the staff and our salon.
Since being a teenager and discovering the magic of makeup and hair color, Lauren has been in love with the beauty industry and what a transformation can do for your confidence. Through her training and experience in hair styling, Lauren developed a particular passion for natural-looking hair color and hair extensions.
Following her training at Paul Mitchell the School, Lauren has pursued advanced education with Bellami Professional for hair extensions and many highly sought after educators for new hair color techniques. Lauren's specialties include lived-in balayage hair color, color corrections/transformations, and hair extensions. Lauren is certified in all hair extension methods but her favorites are keratin-tip and hand-tied extensions!
As a former Costume designer Sonya always had a passion for design, fashion and art. This is where she developed an artistic passion for hair & makeup which ultimately led her into the beauty industry. As a Master stylist with over 14 years experience, she has attended advanced training courses on hair cutting from nationally recognized institutions such as Vidal Sassoon Academy, Eufora International, Tony & Guy, celebrity artists Ted Gibson and Riwana Capri. Sonya further pursued advanced training in many advanced hair coloring techniques from Eufora, Redken, Wella, Davines, Schwarkopf, Nine Zero One and Mane Ivy.
