Brenna Lofquist

Job Titles:
  • Senior Marketing Consultant
Brenna is responsible for strategizing, coordinating, and executing demand generation and account-based marketing programs for Heinz Marketing's clients. She also helps clients report on the success of their campaigns, identifying metrics, and creating dashboards. She is a Marketo Certified Expert and often instructs clients on how to set up or optimize their marketing automation and CRM platforms. Brenna is a graduate of Washington State University with a major in Marketing and a minor in Communications. She enjoys helping clients become more knowledgeable about marketing and isn't afraid to dig into an issue, even if it's something she isn't familiar with.

Brittany Lieu

Job Titles:
  • Marketing Consultant
Brittany works with the team and clients to develop and implement marketing programs across multiple channels including email, website, social media, digital advertising and more. Assisting with these marketing programs from start to finish, she helps manage campaigns and report on their performance. At the core of her passion for marketing, she aspires to not only help achieve strategic objectives but to help drive client stories meaningfully. Prior to joining the Heinz Marketing team, she gained experience in marketing from the lens of public relations at a marketing agency in Hawaii - her home state. A graduate of the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, she holds a degree in Marketing and International Business.

Cameron Katoozi

Job Titles:

Cameron assists with lead generation campaigns, preparing promotional material, creating measurement reports for clients, and more. He has an entrepreneurial state of mind and is a driven self-starter. Prior to joining Heinz Marketing, he worked at several different B2B tech startups in the Gaming and Virtual Reality industries working on social media and content creation. He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing.

Carly Bauer

Job Titles:

Carly assists with internal social media marketing, campaign execution, market research, and more. Prior to joining Heinz Marketing, Carly graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and in Management. One of her favorite parts about marketing is creating and implementing custom strategies for each company and helping bring their stories to life. Raised in the Greater Seattle area, Carly loves going camping and kayaking around the San Juan Islands in the summer, skiing at Snoqualmie Pass in the winter, and enjoying the beautiful scenery of Western Washington all year long, rain or shine.

Karla Sanders

Karla is responsible for leading various client engagements. She acts as an essential connection point between the company and the clients, providing a great experience from onboarding to execution. She brings with her 12 years of extensive marketing experience from various industries ranging from Tech, Banking, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Non-Profits, and Retail. Her expertise in project management, client services, and most specially, marketing strategy planning and development enables her to effectively lead a team of Marketing Consultants to achieve the business and marketing objectives of their clients. Prior to joining Heinz Marketing, she worked at a leading financial services company as a Product and Marketing Manager. She also worked at multinational companies like The Coca-Cola Company and Nestlé. She graduated with honors with a degree in Communications at the University of the Philippines.

Lisa Heay

Lisa ensures Heinz Marketing runs like a well-oiled machine by overseeing Business Operations, including Finance, HR, IT, and Office Administration. In addition, in her role as Marketing Operations leader, she supports the internal Growth team to meet their objectives with the resources and expertise they need. She has more than 15 years of B2B marketing experience and has developed a passion for marketing technology and operations. In addition to a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Washington (Go Dawgs!), she went on to earn certifications in Graphic Design and Technical Editing. She is also a Marketo Certified Expert and loves sharing her knowledge with the rest of the team - whether they like it or not.

Maria Geokezas - COO

Payal Parikh

Payal manages the entirety of the client engagement from the strategy development to the execution of tactics and ensures goals are met with a positive customer experience. With over 11 years of B2B marketing experience, her focus has been marketing strategy development, translating business objectives into integrated marketing campaign plans, campaign execution, and tracking through meaningful KPIs. She has successfully brought cross-functional teams together for GTM planning; is experienced in demand generation, content planning, sales enablement, and conversion rate optimization in all stages of the sales funnel. Her love for data and analytical skills are matched with her quest to learn the tools she uses and her hands-on approach. She holds an MBA in Marketing and has studied Digital Marketing Analytics from UW. Payal has been in the Greater Seattle area since 2007.

Sheena McKinney

For the Heinz Marketing headquarters, Sheena is the glue that holds everything together and the one who makes things happen. With over 30 years' executive admin experience from a variety of sectors, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help keep everything running smoothly and does it with a smile. One of her creative outlets (and superpowers) is making events and celebrations special, personal, and memorable. She is detail oriented (to a fault sometimes [her words]) but also creative. She produces our podcast, Sales Pipeline Radio, coordinates or blog, serves as our finance liaison, employee engagement lead, and handles everything office management related. A few of her favorite things: Writing of all kinds, learning about functional medicine and health (which came in handy when she recently whipped the pants off stage 3 cancer), thrifting, decorating, flowers, family photos/videos, the colors plum and teal, puns, cooking, and entertaining.

Tom Swanson

Tom leads client engagement teams from initial onboarding through execution and ensures excellent customer experiences along the way. He has over 10 years of experience working in marketing and communications roles, as well as ample experience in high-growth companies. His business knowledge and skill with positioning, branding, analytics, and messaging enable him to lead consultant teams to drive meaningful results on client projects. He loves working collaboratively on marketing challenges and helping clients get the most out of their engagements with Heinz Marketing. Prior to joining Heinz Marketing, Tom worked building a company from 2 to 30+ employees, and was involved in marketing agencies before that. He holds his degree in Business Administration from Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, with a focus in marketing.

Winfield Salyards

Win assists with copywriting, campaign execution, market research, and more. Prior to joining Heinz Marketing, he spent time at OfferUp Inc. as well as on multiple political campaigns in Washington. He grew up in Dallas, TX where he founded a garden box business with his brother that helped them pay for college. He graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, with special focus on public art and architecture. A few of his favorite things: Listening to as much music as possible and reading as many books as he can get his hands on.
