Charlie began his career as a staff economist with Bankers Trust Company's (now Deutsche Bank's) commercial lending group, and later became a venture capital associate at Exxon Enterprises.
He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University where he majored in Economics, and holds an M.A., M.S. and Ph.D. in Economics awarded by the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Charlie also served as an Infantry Officer in The United States Marine Corps.
With an education spanning two continents plus more than a decade of practical senior management experience gained around the world, Peter Goosens is a master of strategic global insight. His ability to analyze clients' needs beyond the candidate fortifies their vision and goals, while his successful track record in management team assessment and staffing provides clients with a spectrum of services that strengthens their overall business model.
