Our program divisions house a wide variety of services including early childhood education, employment and training, energy and housing, and health and wellness... HRA's services are delivered to residents in the 6 towns of New Britain, Bristol, Burlington, Farmington, Plainville, and Plymouth. Last year we helped more than 14,000 individuals and families move closer to becoming self-sufficient. By partnering with local, state, and federal agencies and businesses, we help to make the most of all available resources...
