Christopher Miller

Christopher Miller, RN was born in Dover, and is a native Delawarean who graduated from Dover High School in 1994 where he served as Class President. He attended Wesley College and received his degree in nursing in 1998 and was employed as a staff nurse at Bayhealth Medical Center, Dover. He became a Charge Nurse in 2000. In 2006 he was honored with the Bayhealth Nurse of the Year award. He resigned his position at Bayhealth in 2006 to pursue his dream of opening an Infusion Center to serve the community in Delaware. He serves as the primary infusion nurse and office administrator for Infusion Solutions.

Dr. Jinsong Zhang

Dr. Jinsong Zhang was born in Beijing, China. Holding a dream of becoming a doctor since childhood, he graduated from University of Medical Sciences in 1995. After finishing a 6-year residency in orthopedic surgery in China, he joined Indiana University and eventually University of Delaware researching in osteoporosis related bone biology for 5 years. He received his Internal Medicine Residency and Rheumatology Fellowship training in Albany Medical Center in New York, and subsequently joined Infusion Solution of Delaware upon his graduation. Dr. Zhang is currently board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. During his Rheumatology Fellowship, Dr. Zhang had adequate training in the musculoskeletal ultrasound, which is an emerging important method in both treatment and diagnosis of rheumatic diseases. Dr. Zhang also brings his unique expertise in orthopedics and Oriental Medicine to better serve our communities.

Dr. Robert A. Moyer

Dr. Robert A. Moyer was born in Ashland, Pennsylvania and worked for several years as a medical technologist after receiving a Biologic Science Medical Technology degree with high honors from the University of Scranton. He subsequently received a Masters degree in Clinical Microbiology from Thomas Jefferson University where he was awarded the Jane Stipcevich research award. He later attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed an Internal Medicine residency and fellowship in Rheumatology at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA in 1989. He has been in private practice in Delaware since then and started the Osteoporosis Resource Center of Dover in 1997 and established Infusion Solutions of Delaware, LLC with Christopher Miller, RN in 2006. He is former chairman of the Medicine and Scientific Committee for the Arthritis Foundation of Delaware, prior chairman of the education and library committee at Bayhealth Medical Center and is the author of many scientific articles. Named one of "Delaware's Top 100 Docs" on multiple occasions, Dr. Moyer is past President of the Dover Symphony Orchestra and a fellow in the American College of Physicians. He serves on the advisor board of Opera Delaware.

Dr. Yvan Maque Acosta

Dr. Yvan Maque Acosta was born in Arequipa, Peru. He attended the National University of San Agustin Medical School and he graduated with honors in 2009. Dr. Maque worked as a primary care physician and he gave immunology lectures at San Agustin Medical School. His interest in immunology led him to continue his career in the United States and in 2014 he joined the Pathology Residency Program at the University of Miami. He received a research award in 2015. He enjoyed his training, however he missed taking care of patients directly and he decided to switch his specialty. Dr. Maque completed his Internal Medicine residency at Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein School of Medicine in Bronx, NY in 2019. His work in the Bronx allowed him to get a lot of experience in the medical care of underserved populations. He had a great interest in autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases, so he completed his Rheumatology Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA in June 2021. Dr. Maque is very excited to join the Infusion Solutions team.

Surjeet Dheer

Surjeet Dheer is a proud Delawarean who graduated from the University of Delaware after attending Salesianum High School. He completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in 2016. He then finished internal medicine training with osteopathic recognition as a resident at Trinity Health - Mercy Catholic Medical Center. Dr. Dheer went on to serve as an attending academic hospitalist at Mercy Philadelphia Hospital where he was involved in resident education. He then pursued a rheumatology fellowship which he completed at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine. During his fellowship he was appointed as a council representative for the Pennsylvania Rheumatology Society. Dr. Dheer maintains current membership in the American Medical Association and the American College of Rheumatology, and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His prior research has examined the impact of depression on rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis, as well as the evaluation of treat-to-target approach and disease activity measures in rheumatoid arthritis. At the state and local level, he has lectured on a wide variety of topics including rheumatoid arthritis management, psoriatic arthritis, connective tissue disorders, vasculitides, ocular manifestation of rheumatic disease, osteoporosis, gout, and osteoarthritis. Dr. Dheer fluently speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi. In his spare time he enjoys relaxing with his family, traveling, photography, and catching up on sports.

Taras Yurchenko

Taras Yurchenko, PA-C was born in Chervonograd, Ukraine. His family immigrated to the United States in 1997 and he grew up in Northeast Philadelphia. Taras attended Arcadia University in Glenside Pennsylvania where he pursued a degree in biology and also matriculated into the Arcadia University Physician Assistant program. He graduated in 2019 and is the newest addition to the Infusion Solutions team.
