Brenda Frankenfeld is the Accountant of the Iowa 4-H Foundation. Brenda was a member of the Lake Lassies & Bloomington Fairwinners 4-H Clubs in Muscatine County, where she raised shorthorn cattle. Brenda was the president of Muscatine County Council, won a state project award and attended National 4-H Congress. She has a business administration degree in accounting from Iowa State University. Brenda and her husband, Kent, currently live in Ames and have two children, Shannon (Nathan) and Adam, and have four grandchildren, Caden, Colin, Addi and Jax.

Emily has been the Executive Director of the Iowa 4-H Foundation since July 2017 after previously serving as Director of Development. Emily graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly and earned bachelor's degrees in public relations and political science. She also has an MA in Philanthropy and Non Profit Development from the University of Northern Iowa. Emily was a nine-year 4-H'er from Linn County and a member of the Prairie Union Wildcats. She participated in projects from home improvement and photography to sheep and horse. Emily also served on State 4-H Council and the Iowa 4-H Foundation Board as a youth trustee. Emily, her husband, Greg, and their daughters, live near Elkhart. Emily joined the Foundation staff in January of 2015.

Grant Young is the Development Officer for the Foundation, joining the staff in 2021. The former Lyon King 4-H Club member and Hamilton County native showed pigs, made baseball jerseys and other creative projects for the county fair as a 4-Her. He credits his time spent in 4-H sparking interests that led to a career in making a difference in the community. Before joining the Foundation, Grant spent over 20 years in the public affairs industry. He studied at North Iowa Area Community College & University of Iowa. He and his wife Meggie reside in the Beaverdale Neighborhood in Des Moines with their dog, Bear.
Jaleel is the Accounting Assistant for the Iowa 4-H Foundation. Jaleel is a graduate of Iowa State University majoring in Accounting. In his spare time, he likes to collect coins and stamps and do yard work at his home in Ames. Although he was not a 4-H'er, Jaleel believes in the impact 4-H can have on a young person. Jaleel has been with the Iowa 4-H Foundation since March 2014.
