Alexa Simpson

Alexa is an experienced marketing and graphic design professional graduating from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication. Since joining JayMarc in 2012, she has contributed to establishing brand recognition as the leading luxury home builder in the Greater Seattle area, increased social media & digital media presence on multiple platforms, and developed customer experience programs that have streamlined processes & engagement throughout the sales cycle. In addition to marketing and customer care, Alexa is developing JayMarc University, an employee leadership program that supports personal growth and development within the organization. Taking time to recharge and invest in activities that make you happy is something Alexa strongly believes in. Some of her favorite things to do outside of work are spending quality time making new memories with family and friends, spending a morning at her local coffee shop, working out, reading, cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks, and discovering new music. She lives with her husband, David, and cuddly cat Moose.

Jay Mezistrano - Founder, VP

Co-founder of JayMarc Homes, Jay leads JayMarc's operations and property acquisition group, playing an integral role in its continued growth and success. He specializes in the areas of raw or underutilized land acquisition, customer relationship building, due diligence review and processing, contract negotiations, and residential property management. Jay has a trained eye for residential development sites and is skilled in providing creative solutions to complex transactions.

Katherine Yu - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Financial Officer
As JayMarc's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Katherine brings over 20+ years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, including 14 years with Polygon NW/William Lyons Homes. She also provided the accounting for tax credits for housing developers, land developers, and construction contractors. Katherine enjoys hiking, traveling, skiing, playing with her kids, and exploring new food/restaurants when not working.

LUTHER BuRBANK PARK

Luther Burbank is a large park of 73 acres with three-quarters of a mile of Lake Washington's waterfront. Much of the park has been left undeveloped to foster a variety of wildlife, including 135 species of birds, 50 species of waterfowl, raccoons, beaver, muskrats, tree frogs, and rabbits.

Marc Rousso

Marc Rousso is affectionately known by his team as "Captain Vision." Noree Henderson

Noree is an experienced sales, marketing, and design professional with over 25 years of experience working for some of the most respected and influential award-winning home builders in the Pacific Northwest. With expertise in architectural and interior design, staging, marketing, and real estate sales, Noree is uniquely equipped to lead the design and sales efforts of JayMarc Homes. In addition to design and sales, Noree is a member of JayMarc's executive team and is responsible for developing multiple processes to maximize the company's efficiency, productivity, and revenue. Noree is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Accredited Staging Professional. Recipient of multiple awards: Tribute Rising Star, Sales Team of the Year, Overcoming Obstacles, and was named Keller William's Eastside's Top Team Agent by Volume and Top Team Agent by Units. She has also been recognized for her design expertise by Green Hammer, Houzz, and 425 Magazine. In her free time, Noree enjoys cooking, entertaining friends, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Ron Spahman - President

Also affectionately known as "Switzerland," Ron Spahman partners with our team in a calm and diplomatic manner while assisting in their growth personally & professionally in order to meet organizational goals. Ron has been with JayMarc Homes for 8+ years and enjoys coming to work daily, interacting with the team, and taking great pride in their amazing contributions. Ron got his start in the home building industry in 1994 as a Field Manager with a large national public homebuilder and spent the next 20+ years growing his career with this company. His career followed the upward mobility of the industry, and he filled many roles of increased responsibility across several different markets in the United States. From the front line to P&L responsibilities and everything in between, Ron has demonstrated proficiency but is on a continuous journey of learning and servant leadership. Ron is happily married to his wife, Tracy, of 28 years and has three amazing grown kids (Alex, Connor & Mackenna) plus their affectionate Lab, Hollie. Ron is a graduate of Washington State University (Go Cougs!) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. When he is not at work, Ron enjoys spending time with his family, usually on a stay-cation OR….. hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Rustic Rose

Rustic Rose is family owned and operated in historic downtown Duvall, WA, and on top of Queen Anne in Seattle, WA. Rustic Rose was established in 2017 by a mom of two children looking to follow her dreams of being a small business owner and operator in a store where she can express her passion for home, gifts, and apparel.

Terrace Trail

This trail is part of the network of trails in the city of Newcastle. It connects the Highlands Loop Trail with the Crosstown Trail by starting low in a residential neighborhood and climbing via a series of switchbacks. Along the way, you will pass through a forest full of big trees and boulders alongside the trail. A bench provides an opportunity to rest during this steep climb.
