At Java City, we believe in making better coffee and doing it in a way that's better for farmers and the environment. Our beans are roasted in Italian brick-lined roasters, allowing for a slower, longer roast. This unique roasting process uses radiant heat versus direct heat, and what that means for you is coffee that's exceptionally smooth.
